Fantastic interview with Neil Diamond including his lifestyle now. The fact he is still involved with music although not doing many live shows due to his illness is understandable. This is great that he still writes music because keeping active enables you to cope with almost anything including health issues. Good luck Neil keep doing what you love doing. The whole world is thinking of you.xx

He is a Legend! I have loved his music for years and his “ Jazz Singer” performance is second to none. I just wish we could still go to his concerts. He is a class act! “Sweet Caroline” is played around the world and reminds us of his natural talent.

I sat down next to Neil Diamond back in the late 70s and had a conversation with him and then second wife. It was one of my best moments ever as I'm a big fan of Neil's have nearly ever album and CD over the years. I often listen to his much on motorcycle rides on vacation as we travel to Kentucky and middle Ohio. So relaxing the man and his music. When I was at work and wanted to come up with ideas, many times I would listen to his music and come up with ideas for work. All were successful much like Neil's songs. His music and personality will live on forever

One thing I admire about him is the fact his CDs and other avenues of his music are not outrageously priced allowing me on my fixed income to collect his musuc. His contribution to music will live on...probably even more so than Elvis and Michael Jackson. Thank you for a wonderful presentation of his life and music overnthe past 50 d3cades.

I have been a fan of Diamond for years! I wonder what happened to him hadn’t heard anything about him so hopefully his Parkinson’s won’t get him down & it sounds like he’s still doing what he loves writing music enjoying his family & his Colorado ranch! I’ve been to Colorado several times & to me it’s God’s country so breath taking! All the best to you Neil Diamond & your family! Prayers on your recovery for Parkinson’s 🙏

Neil is my hero, my secret fantasy, my everlasting star. His life is a testament to the man he is. I have PD and I have always wanted to have contact with him, which I have never had unfortunately. I think, like many, I love this man and always will. I wish him everything good in his life and as he approaches his 84th birthday I shall be celebrating his life. My collection of memorabilia is huge and I adore this man. We share nothing but PD I am not famous, I have never been able to see him live, but he is, and has been, the man who has been in my life for over 60 years. He is the brightest star in the sky for me. 💖💖💖💖💖

Neil was a great artist. I am a big fan. It keeps irritating me that they always say he is married 3 times. Officially yes, but he did have a 12 year (living together) relationship with Rae . That equals a marriage to me. I know plenty of people that can’t even manage a couple of years being married.

I am convinced that singer songwriters like Neil Diamond, John Lennon, Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan , John Fogerty, and so many others write from a Devine inspiration from somewhere not even they seem to know from where it comes from, only they acknowledge that it just comes to them, an attractive melody and thought provoking lyrics that we enjoy for millennial in the future, a gift from a higher power we may never fully comprehend, your thoughts 🤔🤔

I lived in Vancouver for the first half of the decade.. Neil Diamond came to entertain … within 20 minutes on stage he let the audience know that he didn’t want to be there !!! He wanted the accolades but didn’t put the music that the crowd wanted. From what I remember a lot of people left shortly after his speech to them, including mine then girlfriend. 😢😢😢

A (late) older friend of mine was stage manager at the Erwin Center here in Austin. (now demolished) When Neil Diamond played there, all of the staff were strictly instructed not to look at Neil as he walked by. "Look at the floor". Has any other backstage hand had this experience ? 🤔
