Garrett got to go the Chargers facility and be a part of Phase 1 of the Chargers offseason program. While he was there he got to attend the press conference with running back Gus Edwards, Run Game Coordinator/Tight End Coach Andy Bischoff and Passing Game Coordinator Marcus Brady. Garrett breaks down the interviews including giving Herbert his best offense ever, Hayden Hurst's potential as a Top 6 TE in the league and wide receivers traits the Chargers are looking for to improve the passing game.

Thanks for frighting the great content it seems like the new regime has a better attitude about being a lot more inclusive with the podcasters and re connecting the team with its fan base. I got to say it looks like things are looking up this is starting to remind me a lot of the start of the Air Coryell years a great Coach returns to us after a disaster of a season I was there in 79 I think this wiil be a great comeback season for the Frightn Lightni.

Aside from QJ having no hands and by nature is a body catcher. His biggest problem was not having a clue out on the field. Now is has to grasp another new offense and i feel wont be much better. I dont blame him, he was drafted this high so the spotlight on him. He should have went around round 3, and tbis pressure wouldn't be so high. However he need to out in effort because he looked lazy out there in his route running.

Bowers is . option. 1) there isn't and wont be anyone like him in near future. He offers great option as blocker AND has great hands to utilize as a passing weapon. He woukd instantly be our #1 receiver as Palmer is a 3 and QJ well at this point #4. We can get a RT and Center in later rounds as its deep at tackle and center. If im being honest, sadly i see Harbaugh dumping Herbert next year. With all the coaching changes and now Harbaugh going to run run, run. Just killing Herbert career and Harbaugh will find a lesser QB that can run his run run run offense. What a waste of his talent.
