A minute out of the saddle been shaken about is how I think of it! Just think today's pro-riders had to go up what 12-13 times? It's a great climb :)

Richard Lake looking forward to watching the vlog. As a recent newbie to ‘road biking’, Im in awe at the distances you are riding. I’m hoping to ride 30 miles tomorrow which will be the furthest I’ve ridden, a drop in the ocean compared to your rides! Still, something for me to aim for 👍

Richard Lake Hi Richard. Managed my 32 mile ride today, pushed another couple of miles out to reach 50K, at least now I’m halfway to my first 100K 😂 Something that kept popping into my head today was your words of advice, ‘Don’t over think things and keep peddling ‘, I think that’s going to stick with me now 😉👍 Just found you on Strava so I can now keep an eye on your rides 😉
