The Little Blue Pot
Welcome to my KZbin channel where I’m hoping to educate people on the different types of mental illness to provide an understanding and learn ways to cope. I also vlog about my own experience of living with mental illness, as well as sharing other aspects of my life. I want to raise awareness of mental health problems and mental illness, so I hope my channel helps you and others.
As with all my videos, I'm trying to explain everything as clearly as possible and provide examples from my life to help you understand. I might not get everything right every time, but I wanted to give it a go, and I hope it will be of benefit to you. This Vlog is from my perspective, but I do appreciate that not everyone will have had the same experience as myself - we are all different after all. I have also tried, where applicable, to reference everything correctly, but we are all human and make mistakes - please stick with me.

I've had a good 3 days this week where I've been going along normal I'm very up and down I might have 2 weeks of depression then I'm normal for a week then I can be hyper mania for a week my moods change all the time I don't do anything I'm stuck in my flat as the only people's see is my daughter and son when they visit I lost touch with my friends over time great to hear about your cleaning job get you out I hope you feel better soon lots of love xx

Hi Donna, thanks for letting me know how your week has been. Three days is good, hold on to that when you feel depressed. Depression for that length of time can really take over the rest of your life so my heart goes out to you my dear friend. I will let you know how I get on with the interview which I'm waiting to find out about. Massive hugs and lots of love. Gem x

My weekend was good... I helped do my brothers garden so that was good... Sunday I visited my nan... yesterday was .... up n down... but I tried yoga class for 1st time yesterday and instead of feeling sleepy afterwards I was hyper almost manic... I felt great. Today I feel like I'm on the edge..meaning I know I'm due a slump soon. I got my therapist later so that usually brings me bk down to reality with a thump... I kinda aim to forget my illness over the weekend and so when the week comes back round it's filled with groups n therapy etc so i always feel....worn out.... tired...emotionally exhausted. .almost fed up being fed up. Yeah being trapped in the bpd life... it's like I get so far and then it all comes back to the reality that I'm not really controlling it...I'm still fighting to keep it at bay. Oi... good luck with the job interview... and don't forget...it's OK to not feel OK xx just sit in the garden with a cuppa and listen to the noise of the world xx that's Wat I do when I start to get cabin fever xxx thanks for ya blog/videos...and keep fighting the good fight fellow mixbag xx

Glad your feeling better . My mental health has improved ten fold since I had my pip result x I have felt more motivated to do things in the home and I’m not as snappy lol x
