July 2016, Metamora, Ohio.
Sierah Joughin and her boyfriend were out riding their bikes along the winding, rural roads.
They soon separated, and Josh asked her to text him when she was home. But a few hours passed, and his phone stayed silent. Sierah hadn't made it home...

The setup this demon built in his barn with the buried freezer & the condition she was found in are absolutely harrowing. And that he basically told the family in court what he did to Siera just saying "he" instead of "I" just to torture them even more. Pure Evil! Not only did he try the exact same M.O. in 1990 before, he was also the last person seen with Claudia Tinsley who went missing after being in his car. We can safely say there is at least one more victim. May he burn in hell for eternity.

The real question is why as a society we all unanimously agree but the legal system goes against the voice of the public. We’ve all cried out for decades but judges and parol boards refuse to take crimes against women and children as serious.

Excellent clear, detailed, respectful storytelling. IMHO of course. It's obvious that a lot of preparatory research goes into each of your videos. There are many crime doc channels out there, and (again IMHO) yours is up there with the best.

This was a horrific case. Even after Sierah’s death she is still making a difference. I cannot understand how this guy was freed in 3 years of a 10 year sentence for a similar past crime is unbelievable. Looking at the many items shown he had stored in his property surely there must be evidence linked to other missing persons and unsolved murder cases. It is important that we take care of each other and not lose our humanity and intelligence.

First off... I watched first True Criminal video when the channel had around 620-630k subscribers. I've watched it around end of last year, by total accident clicking on recommendation from YT as I'm casual watcher of 'true crime' videos. Here we are, almost 700k subscribers, maaaany TC videos watched and still amazing quality and respect towards victims. Thank you for telling those stories and keeping victims memory alive. As of this video...This is the type of case that causes the worst pain in my gut thinking that it could've been anyone. You never, NEVER know what kind of situation, people you may encounter while just living and minding your own business, not causing any trouble or seeking attention...

I love the respect the victims annd their families are shown and the research that goes into the victims lives and the facts of the case are top notch. The fact that women are potential preys in any type of situation, time, place, environment,... is absolutely sickening and heartbreaking. Violent crime is already the worst thing ever. The description and images of her as a person you could just tell she was one of those rare humans who even tho they are outgoing and popular, they had the ability to bring the best out of other people & totally fine with being the butt of a joke. I went to school with some people like her and they are a very refreshing type of human being. The world would be a better place if we had more people like her in the world. I hate that these sicko monsters have been going around and taking people and leaving us with more and more of these sickos around. It's awful. I hate that these people who are driven to violently harm other people exist all around us. Like wtf is wrong with these people... There's NO EXCUSE for harming other people. *it's one thing when 2 people have a argument or something but these people who are sick and just harm others are suck a plague on this earth
