I am on TRT, been on it for three years since 55. I feel great, I'm energetic, I work out 3 to 6 days a week, almost a bodybuilder program, I'm way above average muscle mass and strength for ANY age group, and I plan to use TRT for life. Well I’d love to share someone without exposures experience. They have a health condition, issues around puberty. They were a late bloomer and never fully rea reached the average Norm T level. 300 was their mark. Now in their mid thirties , they are at 280. Went on TRT for three months and levels are at 800. It’s definitely helped their overall well being and life style. But he’s also scared of the Side effects long term. Unfortunately if he stops the levels will just go back down and natural boosting T foods and supplements just aren’t enough for the condition and situation. I feel kinda bad and stuck for him and his options.

Increasing your testosterone levels by a factor of 50-100 with natural means doesn't account for shit when your test level is 200. You're talking about people with a 400 test level. You can try all you want but if it's lower than the low range of 300, nothing you can do naturally to make it worthwhile.
@vegetasfitnesschannel446
@vegetasfitnesschannel446 Жыл бұрын
@@mikaelsnake Where exactly does it say that you can't naturally increase your test levels more than 50-100? I bet you it can probably go up quite more than that. If you start lifting consistently, eat good foods, sleep more, I bet you can shoot your test levels way up. Probably won't be as "effective" as TRT, however its probably much better for your health. This just sounds like an excuse to me....

@@vegetasfitnesschannel446 No, this is coming from me, someone who starting bodybuilding for 6 years, managed to gain 30 kilos in muscle weight, stopped eating all sugar, stopped drinking all alcohol, only eat healthy food, and slept plenty. My test levels at the end of that was 224. My doctor did say I was a medical marvel and that I shouldn't have been able to do what I did. So no, it's not an excuse, it's a general fact. So unless you actually have read the studies, spoken to doctors, I would not say some stupid bullshit not backed by ANY SCIENCE.
@vegetasfitnesschannel446
@vegetasfitnesschannel446 Жыл бұрын
Yeah what you're describing isn't really science. You are using yourself and a singular doctor as "scientific proof". If you look at the scientific evidence hierarchy this is essentially the lowest form of evidence. If you want to claim science then link some meta analyses or at least a few articles in peer reviewed scientific journals to make your case. My argument is based on my experience with multiple people and watching how lifestyle changes most likely increased their T levels. Without blood tests being taken I saw significant differences in muscle mass, assertive behavior, energy, etc. So it's likely in my view that this was the case. Also look at what other youtubers like Team 3D Alpha, or Natural Hypertrophy have to say on the topic. From what I've seen its very similar to what I'm saying. So in summation my original point remains the same.

@@AlexeyArtemenk it's easy, the dose you take is tailored to your individual labs. There's no universal amount people take, it varies man-to-man. Around 100 mg a week is a normal starting point but that could be as low as 70 or as high as 200 depending on how your body responds. Basically you target trying to get close to the higher end of the free testosterone range. As for you young guys, what you really want to look for is lack of recovery, you just feel tired more often your muscles aren't recovering like they used to. Maybe your sleep suffers. Sex drive get kind of wonky. Maybe some people will tell you all of that is just part of getting older when all of this happens get your hormones checked. Pretty good chance you're going to test low

I started taking trt at 27 to treat low-t (in the 400’s) I’m 28 now and I feel a lot better on it but is there a risk of younger people using it for decades on end as opposed to someone starting in their 40’s-50’s? It seems crazy I should just “deal with it” till my life passes me by and I have grey hairs before I start trt. All you about hear is the bad but they are also lumping 3 other steroids I have no interest in taking into the equation when they talk about abuse. @Anthony Patterson the first 30 days is completely free because you and the clinic need to figure out a bunch of stuff. After that each month costs $230. Included in that price is your once weekly injections, once monthly blood tests, and they will cover basic medical needs as they always have doctors and nurses on site. It took three month to get me dialed in. The whole time I could see actual improvement. The wife was not real thrilled at first. I never had ED bit I also had almost no sex drive. I would suggest that most people first stop eating unhealthy, start exercising, lose weight, take natural supplements, and stop unnecessarily exposing yourself to chemicals in things like unnatural deodorant that contain endocrine disrupters. If you do all of the above and still have low T, then get on TRT. The reason I say this is because TRT is synthetic testosterone, which means it’s made in a lab. You don’t want something unnatural in your body, unless it’s your last resort. Even if it were linked to a health condition, no one would tell you because too much money is made off of it. There are too many lazy and unhealthy men on TRT who don’t want to deal with the inconvenience of making healthy changes, so they take the easy way out.

Got a question. Or some advice. I’m 35. Been training mma for about 4 years. But always done boxing and stuff at a young age. The last 6 months I’ve been really consistent with training. Doing 2 sessions a day sometimes. But I think I feel run down sometimes and it’s just to much. And I keep getting fevers and I’ll sometimes. Dunno if it’s cause I’m over training. Cause I’ve never been sick a lot until recently. And I think it’s possibly my age and training a lot. Should I take trt to get to the next level. So I can train more. And get better recovery
@pault2178

No sir...you dont need it. You need to recuperate more. What you are dealing with sounds like more of a diet/ hydration issue. You train hard core. People who generally need trt cant even have a decent life. No energy, no drive and no motivation. You dont fall under the category my frd. Best of luck

@@pault2178 thanks for the advice. Really appreciate it. I did do a blood test about 6 months ago. And everything came back fine. They said my testosterone was above the minimum. They just said increase my vitamin D intake. It was low on that. I have cleaned my diet up. But I do drink alcohol. sometimes probably 2 or 3 times a week. Which is definitely not good. But that’s not every week. That’s probably the most in a week. I think I’ve got a mild issue with my drinking. Realistically I’d say I’ve got 70% control of my alcohol consumption. There are moments where I can’t go more than 5 days without some. So I’m definitely gonna work on the issue of that. I know people who are worser. But I know that’s not the answer. But like you said. If I’m training a lot. Probably is dehydration. The thing is though. I do actually drink a lot of water. But maybe it’s the alcohol. And maybe I need to drink a bit more water without alcohol consumption

@@jimmybaldwin737 I came here to understand what this supplement even was. But saw your comment. Alcohol is absolutely a factor for recovery and performance. Try supplementing it with carbonated water and even drink it through the day. I used to drink beer after a workout becasue I loved the carbonation and felt the need to drink something and then I stopped and started tricking myself to drink sparkling water instead. Now I get the added hydration with the benefit while drinking a carbonated drink. Sounds lame but my gains in working out have increased and it’s helping me stay focused and hydrated. Alcohol has too many negatives even in moderation for my own goals. I hope this helps

I was on TRT for 15 years decided to quit this year. I started at 100mg a week went up to 200mg the last 10 years. 55 years old now, the risk is not worth the reward. My blood labs show dangerous Hematocrit/Hemoglobin levels. Taking an AI is a hormone balancing nightmare. No more red flushed face and bloated face and hands. Its not the end of the world. It took my body about 3 weeks to adjust. When I started TRT my test levels were 400, so did really need it, probably not.

Oh man. So sad reading this, knowing the modern science. Let me guess- you were getting 1x 200mg injection every 2wks too, right? Hematocrit, RBC, hemoglobin are not of concern if platelet counts are normal. Zero association to clotting or strokes, so long as platelets are normal. Also, an AI is never needed on TRT dosages (arguably most any dose). Estrogen is extremely cardioprotective and helpful in general. AIs are poison and you will feel accordingly. In short, i am so sorry you had a crappy provider that is not in with the modern science on hormone replacement

Wether that be infertility, elevated rbc, exacerbation of prostate issues, possible conversion to estrogen and development of gyno, to simple acne. You dont have to lie to sell the product. Everyone knows Testosterone is the fountain of youth hormone but we want to know the risks. To say there are none is bogus.
