I enrolled week ago and started yesterday. I'm going for animation starting with environmental and character design. Even though we're getting different brands of devices in our kits watching your video got me so excited. I can't wait to get mines. 😁 also congrats hope to see some of your work

No, the school sent the programs through an email. You would download them once you receive them.

I think it is. You learn a lot and you meet some amazing people. An with the campus being hybrid now it’s nice to actually go on campus and be hands on. I think it’s a really nice experience.

Thank you, and no it’s not really overwhelming because it’s one class per month (sometimes two), that makes it easier because all you have to do is focus on one class each month versus having multiple classes and homework for each one of those classes. Each class is different so the work load is different but maybe an hour or two on a homework assignment depending on the assignment some may take way less time. Also some classes may only meet up 3 or less times out of the week. An my teachers so far give us plenty of time to start the homework. I won’t even lie, sometimes for me it can get overwhelming but that’s only because I have a super busy schedule because I have so much stuff to do that’s not apart of school so it could interfere at times.

Thank you!! An so far only one teacher gave me a book reading assignment. We only had to read 2-3 chapters a week, she only had us read for two weeks. So a total of 4-6 chapters for that entire class.

Yeah it comes with LoJack, Ms Office, Media Composer, Final Draft, MM Budgeting & Scheduling, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

I used my mom’s computer or my phone to join classes until my equipment came.

Financial aid did help a bit, but I took out a student loan to help pay my tuition. No the school was really easy to get into.

No camera? Is film production just the editing, or is it just lighting the set and camera framing?

A month after this unboxing video, I received a camera from them. The professor told us that we will eventually have to return it, but I’m not sure how long we can keep it. I was also told we will eventually receive a lighting kit. The Film Production program has a variety of courses. I have editing, directing, cinematography, screenwriting, etc... classes coming up.
