Great stuff bro as always 💯 1.Question. wouldn't the silicone melt or deform with hot air or touching any engine bay. 2. Any HP or Torque gain besides feeling Torquie....lol 3. I am sure i can fit it into my M850i convertible red matching my interior etc....lol 4. What is the price on the set. Last major question, Would it Void the factory or any 3rd party Warranty ? No need!! I drove in a rain storm with front mounts in my 550. Even after the rain stopped, I did 160 after, no issues.

Lil bit of water injection to cool the turbo blades and manifold. But it should come with a front facing half shield. 😉

There is no need for the filter cover. A little water is actually really good for for it. But, You won't suck up water.

You almost got it rolling into the garage essentially get to a safe rolling speed click the shifter forward 1 time no brake to go into neutral and rev it will sound insane

does the m5 have a soft limiter in neutral? if it does, code it out somehow and you should be good

1. With those intakes you are blocking a huge amount of air from radiators. 2. All dirt, rocks and water will hit those filters. What can you say about that?

love how the rk sounds and performs but if water gets on them through the grill they corrode and loose performance. if you live in a dry city grab em.. in a place that rains a lot maybe some form of shield.

Could make a 3 piece stainless steel version easy too and get rid of the floppyness. 👍

There is no “flop” when installed. We used to do. Aluminum in the engine bay and front with. Silicone going through the frame rails. But doing one piece silicone allows for endless design capabilities, they are louder, and will never soak up heat from the bay.

@@RKTUNES what happens if you turn up the boost? wouldnt a solid intake be better since it wouldnt deform when air gets sucked through it under higher boost? just a question, no hate

@ could probably wrap it under tension with aluminium tape and get more rigidity & cooling.

Why do you even put the intake braces back on, are they not pointless without the stock air boxes.

It is a strut brace with a hole to fit the air ducting. Not an intake support bracket.

Yes its a structural component otherwise they would be plastic for weight savings.

Why the he’ll would they block off the intake ducting 😂. Looks like same intake as f90, but at least the f90 has ducting that goes all the way to opening behind grilles.
