Whether men want to admit it or not we are in competition with each other. It is a civilized form of competition that is good and helps us improve. Most guys fall out of the race, and many don't even start. Lets grind in 2022 lads.
@gentlesavage38083 жыл бұрын
Healthy Competition brings out the best in us. It's when we push each other to improve, to be a bit faster, stronger and sharper than yesterday. In the past there were evils like slavery and illiteracy, so rarely anyone had the knowledge to become a high value man. But now in this age of information and freedom, its a shame for a man to grow old without reaching his full potential. Way to go men!

PROOF OF THE MALE ADVANTAGE - STORY TIME. I recently started training Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu a couple of months ago. There is the one man named Michael that trains Muay Thai almost every day. He’s an Asian man, silver fox and SHREDDED to the bone. He’s probably one of, if not the most in shape man at the school, even rivaling me (humbly speaking). All the while he’s in his mid to late 40’s. On top of the fact that he also has money, assets, etc. He drives this sick blacked out mustang to class everyday and based on what I saw from his FB profile he used to own a white Ferrari. Idk exactly what he does, but I know he’s successful and has done well for himself. Also, he’s one of the nicest people at the gym, with a nice family to top it all off. Guys, listen to Kris. The male advantage is REAL but it’s also RARE to find men who are in shape, well groomed, has looksmaxed, has money, assets, etc. We can achieve the male advantage, as long as we take advantage of it.

“Every 6 months of work you bypass 5-10% of men” EXACTLY, everyone please, listen to this man, he’s 110% correct, I’m literally seeing this play out in my own life, the competition is so weak I’m 25 years old, I’m 2 laps ahead of most guys my age (and even older) when it comes to physique, career progression, wealth/assets, education etc. you know why? Because when I was 21, I was either in the library or the gym on my nights off, everyone else was trying to suss out what parties were going on in the area. But they were also getting their degree at the same time, I was only a couple steps ahead due to these extra nights of work, my physique was also only a couple steps ahead coz my training was off & the alcohol & lack of gym hadn’t quite damaged my cohorts 21 year old bodies yet. 2 years later, I’m significantly more aesthetic than every one I graduated with in my non-exercise science degree, I’m also pursuing post-tertiary studies (after Uni), which will give me extra resume credit, meaning I’m a more employable candidate than my cohort who didn’t pursue higher education. They were spending their weekends with tinder hookups after their full time job, I spent my weekends working my 2nd job. Im slowly accumulating more money than they are I’m now 25, I’m disgustingly more Aesthetic than my “competition”, I’m also still working a 2nd job on weekends, this gives me extra capital for investments, the 2nd job is physical so it increases my calorie expenditure, meaning it’s easier for me to stay lean, whereas the others are barely doing anything on the weekend. Additionally, my co workers at my 2nd job can’t fathom how I gym after a 9 hour shift, they say they’re too tired, I work 8-9 hours every day of the week, if I used that as an excuse, I’d look like rubbish. Today I worked 8:00-5:00, ate my pre prepared meals at work, whereas everyone bought fast food from the local shops, & I spent almost 2 hours at gym, whilst everyone else said they were gonna just “go home & relax”, I’m about to cook more healthy food for dinner, I’m not going out tonight (Saturday night), I’m about to pack my gym stuff for tomorrow & get tomorrows meals/food ready, I have work 7:00-4:00 tomorrow, yet another load of money that nobody else is getting, I’m also gyming tomorrow, this weekend that’s an extra 18 hours of work & 2 gym sessions more than everyone else who pisses away their weekends I actually made a video on how I got ahead in 2021, I actually put yourself & Hamza in the thumbnail, I was doing the whole self improvement thing before I found you two, but seeing you two Is a good reinforcement, my channel is called Gamification of Life because the idea is to treat life as a video game, you level up if you get the experience, put points on the board as you say, I’m levelling up way faster than the “competition “
@chadchad65313 жыл бұрын
love it, keep it up. what's up with women? do you completely ignore them?
@gamificationoflife3 жыл бұрын
@@chadchad6531 I do, 100%, I used to talk to a LOT of women back in 2018-2019, because, guess what? I was the only guy on tinder who had a good physique. There were guys a lot bigger than me (but also 20% body fat or on steroids), I was a nice lean athletic looking guy, I swear I’d get a tinder match every 3 swipes (1/3 doesn’t sound like a good hit ratio, but if you know the economics of tinder, this is a pretty good ratio), and I’d talk to them once I got home from Uni/gym, and it ate up so much time. I remember this one time I spent literally 2 and a half hours straight in my bedroom replying to various girls, and they like went to bed/started replying late (as opposed to getting a snap every 1-2 mins from all of them, they’d take 10 mins) and I was like wtf is this the time already? Back then I had the time for this shit coz I wasn’t investing, working 60+ hour weeks, or working on businesses. I was studying, working part-time and gym, I was still grinding but not to this extent. I have a few girls I’m kinda chatting to, but I reply so late that it’s hard to get a good flow going, like I’ll maybe reply during a work break, and then maybe reply right before bed or while eating dinner. I do NOT go on ANY social media during gym, so they only usually have about 2-3 changes to have a small chat/message me during each day. This one girl I was sorta going on dates with in early 2020 before the pandemic hit, we met at my prior gym. Things didn’t go so well during the pandemic, but we started talking again later in 2021, but she is moving to another state soon. I was kinda stung by it, but then I realised…this is destiny. Fate has removed my 1 major distraction from my goals, she would have definitely helped me out, but the extra time spent on talking/dates would have hampered study gym or business work. So long story short, no, I literally don’t talk to women, last one I kissed was early 2020

Currently reading ‘Hard times create Strong men’ by Stefan Aarnio. Theres a paragraph that mentioned how boys will always be raised by men, if a father fails to be a proper manly role model for his son, an uncle who may be more competent would take over, if not a male stranger would take over. Currently us boys must seeks good mentors in life. Kris Sturmey is one of them💯💯
@HardTimesCreateStrongMen3 жыл бұрын
It's definitely on my to-read list. I never had any masculine figure in my life, so masculinity was pretty much taken away from me. My father was never present (so its like I didn't have him + when he was present he was abusive), all the teachers in school were pretty much all females so yeah.. 2 years ago I discovered David Goggins. I read his book, watched every interview and so on. It's kinda sad that the only masculine figure I have in my life over 24 years was a guy that I don't personally know, but I am glad anyway, if I never discovered him, I would probably never become so disciplined.
@Rudeusquagmire3 жыл бұрын
@@HardTimesCreateStrongMen Its tough indeed having rarely any masculine role models in our personal lives. My father tbh is an okay role model, however he’s never demonstrated anything masculine to me at all, he’s always busy with his work, whenever he’s at home, he’d rather spend time with his kids and be lazy watching facebook media. We’re incredibly fortunate seeking out authentic strong men in the internet.

What it sounds like to me is that the Male Advantage is essentially a multiplier - if you live like a loser in your 20s, you will be an even bigger loser when you're 40. But if you spend your time wisely in your 20s, the work you've accumulated over the years will pay off and result in you being a more attractive and successful man when you're 40.
@MrDavidinho963 жыл бұрын
Not necessarily. If you live live like a loser in your 20s you don't need to be an even bigger loser in your 30s or 40s, you can always change and put in the work. But it's sure as hell that if you work hard in your 20s, your 30s and 40s will be much better
@eclecticimprovement3 жыл бұрын
@@MrDavidinho96 That is true. Perhaps I didn't word it all that well, but the message I was trying to convey is that if a man lives that loser lifestyle in his 20s and continues to carry that lifestyle into his 30s or 40s, his habits will catch up to him and the effects of that will compound as the years pass. There will be no "advantage" for him. Of course, if he decides to turn things around when he is 30 or 40, that doesn't mean he is doomed for the rest of his life because of the work he didn't do in his twenties. He can still make improvements over the following years and reap the fruits of his labor.

“You have the body in your 20’s & no money, you have the money in your 30’s & no body, if only you kept the body” I literally figured this out late 2019-early 2020, my career was taking off so I let gym sack off because “oh well I’ve got a career”, but I soon got a slap in the face & realised that if I keep both, I’ll be way ahead of the competition. I was worried that I was behind because everyone got the career at the same time & I let gym lag behind, but, no one else was putting in the gym work alongside the career, so I was like, well this is a straight path to the male advantage, that Mark Cuban example literally applied to my situation. I realised that no one else was putting in the work, I did a Body transformation video and you can see I was ripped in mid 2019, looked like shit 7 months later, 10 months after that I started to look great again, whereas everyone else just looked worse & worse as the years go on. The competition needs the blue shell from Mario kart to beat me now, I’m too far ahead, unless I stop now & they start putting in the work, but I know neither of those will happen Also, “everyone is a gamer these days” lmao exactly, shit posture, no exercise or diet, just streaming all day, such low quality men, I’ve literally had maybe 2-3 standard drinks in the past 3 years, all the work I’ve put in as exponentially pushed me ahead of the competition. I’m 25 & I am in way better shape than 99.99% of the other men I know, the other men who are in better shape aren’t putting in the work in other aspects of their life, no disrespect, but there’s more to the male advantage than gym.

However, remember this is all temporary because just like Kris mentioned in the video “Every 6 months of work you bypass 5-10% of men” which is very accurate. Once you have deployed this mindset and you keep working on yourself everyday on your trajectory, you will gain a plethora of high quality women, have success, wealth, being in great shape, personal assets, youth and independence. If I remember correctly it was in this video, Kris said something about how we're not men anymore who live challenging lives and because of that we're missing out on the male advantage. Recently, I'm studying South African freedom fighters like Robert Sobukwe, Nelson Mandela and Steve Biko and noticing, even appearance-wise they look so much better with age. Once they hit their late 20s, they started having that chiselled, hollow cheek look and the older they got, the more refined and successful they became. Mandela even kept the chiselled look well into his old age 90+. But they all looked like puffy-cheeked puppies before they really became involved in politics. Truly remarkable.

I'm now often telling my homies about your advice and they're always surprised at what I'm saying. It's not taught to young men and they're often listless because their father figures weren't masculine and society has hobbled them without them really knowing. Two black belts in two styles of karate, Muay Thai at least once a week and Brazilian jiujitsu 4 times a week. Currently a purple belt in BJJ. My language skills have gotten rusty, but I'm brushing up on my Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. I've studied German, Spanish, Chinese and Japanese. MA in English lit. BA in linguistics. 5'11" 160 pounds. African American. Do I have drawbacks? Of course. But as you move through your 30's, you'll see fewer and fewer of your peers training, listening and learning. This year I'm hoping to blitz through the regional circuit in Sydney if lockdowns don't happen. I still train kickboxing, lifting Weights and a cardio mainly. I'll probably be the UFC lightweight champion in 2 years at age 30/31 since I started proper fight trainning at age 21. From ages 16-21 I just did the Zyzz gym bro routine and got jacked lol haha. Kris is 100% right if you're serious about you're goals and sacrifce you're 20's hanging out with friends, partying and having fun you can be a world class professional when you're 30-50 depending on the industry.

Great video as always, Kris. I am turning 30 as well in a couple of months but for me, thinking about male advantage can induce anxiety as I only started on my journey a few months ago. I know it's going to take me a while before I can get to the type of fitness level and success that I need to have to be an outlier male but I try not to think about age too much.

I don’t understand how people don’t think there is one. If there is a female advantage which we all know is in their 20s why wouldn’t there be a male advantage somewhere in age and if you work on success and fitness like you said you’ll be sorted for your 30s and 40s

I live in a wealthier part of Florida and I can see what you are talking about very clearly. The joke has always been that ugly, fat guys with money can marry an attractive women. I see that daily. But I also see older men in graphic tees, head down low, slouching, getting yelled at by their wife/girlfriend for silly stuff. Both of them are clearly unhappy because they settled. Maybe once every month or two I will see a well dressed guy, with good posture, visible pics; who is friendly and charismatic with a women that just stares at him like he is some sort of god that she has chosen to devout herself too. Hollywood has convinced us all that we are going to get jacked after puberty, and rich in twenty, and buy a forever home in the suburbs in the thirties, and if this does not happen maybe there is something wrong with us. The male advantage is real, and it is one of the best keep secrets of the successful.

I can tell from experience that the male advantage is a real thing. But from this point: "Most modern man are losers, and with little work you can beat them" I started this self improvement journey when i was 15 years old now i am 17 and there is a big difference between me and my friends. I am more confident, muscular, stronger, intelligent, etc. If i go forward the way i am i can easily be a 8 out 10 when i reach 19 years old.

I've always believed in the male advantage ever since I've read the e-book. I'm lucky to have a good genetic predisposition for this (physically and cognitively). It would be a shame if my good genetic baseline would go to waste (remain unfulfilled) by a lack of ambition and drive.

Yeah Kevin Samuels looks fantastic & his career only took off 2 years ago with the pandemic. They say the easiest way to get lucky is to be ready so that when opportunity comes you can take it, KS was ready, slowly building his channel until the pandemic came & granted him viral status. Now you can’t mention the word high value man without people attributing it to him.

Disagree. Kevin samuels definitely does not look better than the average man, especially compared to young men. He’s skinny, not jacked/ripped from what I’ve seen. He has the money on his side, and probably the game though.

You have no clue how much bigger the gap is especially here in eastern Europe. Something like 8% of men here train any sport, probably less than half of that is the gym and then another half of that have decent bodies. And we're talking about just people being in shape, now imagine these statistics with people actually trying to improve themselves and their future. It's painfully easy to be above average here. I'm not talking even about women, you can get them as long as you have a semi ok social life and aren't a completely social inept and out of shape slob, I'm talking about how little it takes to stand out from the general population.

I’m surprised to hear anyone disagree with the male advantage!!! Chris is very right in saying we have to work for it but I’m also of the mindset as well that we need to work for it and expect it of ourselves, hold ourselves to a high level and work towards it! I’m turned 30 in November and honestly I can say the closer I got to 30, the more I felt myself grow mentally. I’m more confident, smarter, I have life experience and I’m comfortable in my skin. This allows me to go out and do things. I got a New job just as I turned 30 which has doubled my salary. It’s all possible for every single man to improve year on year like wine! We need a few qualities to grow: 1) expect and demand growth from yourself 2) be willing to learn. Make your mistakes in your 20s to learn from them 3) patience - the best win wasn’t made in 2021 it’s much much much older. This progression takes a long while, work towards it and be patient

Looking good physically is a genetic gift. Guys can only work on building their wealth and that takes time. No one will pay you 100k before 30 you just don't have the experience. And if you start a business you will probably not see good return to effort ratios until 10 or 15 yrs down the line. Things are not so easy. And it gets harder year after year look at the home prices.

Use it only to get useful information and then put that information into practice. KZbin is useful unless it becomes an addiction. Use it wisely. If you enjoy challenging topics and if pursuing mastery is something that interests you, I invite you to explore the videos I share on the Mastery Order Channel. Challenge yourself with some ideas, explore your masculine potential to the maximum and become the kind of man you would admire. We can only better ourselves together, as men among men, so I invite you to use what I share and, of course, share your own opinions so that others can benefit from them as well. Looking forward to your points of view. All the best to you!

The Male Advantage makes logical sense lmao. As time goes on, we gain more experiences, in which we should apply the moment we learn something that's beneficial, and also should learn what not to do to prevent having a dad bod or having financial issues. Men by nature are disciplined, ambitious, [creative] and purpose-driven. To feel this, one should take cold showers because I feel cold showers rejuvenises men and make men realise who they are. The reason why men develop unhealthy traits is because of their habits, things were designed for comfort and men should identify this and thus avoid yearning for comfort as it's the killer of man (I think Hamza said that). 👽

Here's a list of the age of most desirable men of all time, young women are crazy for=> Robert Pattinson (35 yo) peaked at -25 Shahid kapoor - 41 yo Hritik roshan- 48 (peak 35) Chris Hemsworth - (38) Chris evans (41) Seth Rollins (38) Roman reigns (37) Cody rhodes 37 Jason Statham (54) (40) Fin balor (40) Ian Somerhalder (43) Paul wesley (39) Zayn malik (29) Hary styles (28) The rock (50) peak -40 Tom cruise (59) peak -40 Brad pitt (58) peak- 40 David Beckham (47 ) peak -40 Nimai delgado - 30 peak -25 Mischa janeic -31 peak- 25 Ronaldo - (37yO) peak- 30 Dan bilzerian (41 YO) Arnold Schwarzenegger peak -(30 yo) Aditya roy (35 yo) Kartik aaryan ( 28 yo) Ranbir singh (36 yo) Ranbir kapoor (39) Most desirable men in this list are 25-40 and some even beyond that. The catch is these are the men who put in the work to achieve success+ fitness from a young age, that's why they are mostly desireable now because you reap what you sow at young age , if these men hadn't put in the work they all would just be below average and forgotten. Another issue rising nowadays is society and media shaming these high value 30/40 yr old men for dating 18 yr old girls. They want us to date older women, they do this so women can get the best man at all stages of their life, 18-27 yr old women are already dating the best men they can get and getting VIP access to everything, and media culture is creating this unfair environment by shaming men so even the older women can get the best men, they always want the best regardless of their age. They don't want these high value guys to date younger women and settle for the older women who have no better options. It's unfair for successful men to settle for older women, and why should we? If we can do better ,and date hotter why shouldn't we? Why do we get shamed for not settling for less? They will always blame men,they won't blame younger girls who fall for older men... They can shame us for dating younger women but they cannot change the fact that young girls will always fall for older men, and vice versa, let them keep bitching,ignore them and enjoy your life.
