There is a very good reason why people in the CIA won't come forward with illegal activities that they come across while doing their job. On my first day on the job, it was mostly briefings on how things work and how to deal with issues that you might think are inappropriate. We were told that, if we came across something questionable, to report it to superiors. One day, that's what happened, and I went to my Division Chief with my concerns. His response was to suggest that I meet with the Inspector General and explain what I knew, and that's what I did. They told me that there was no truth to what I was telling them and within a few days, it seemed that everyone knew that I was a snitch. That's when the hazing began and within a few months, I submitted my resignation. Within a matter of weeks, the story came-out in the press. What I had told them was true, but it ruined my career. I was even cast as a Soviet Agent and followed for years.
@willissudweeks10502 жыл бұрын

Good or bad , But the problem is it’s human beings are simply never as smart as we wish to believe..... maybe more people should embrace the idea of don’t get mad get even .... if just the CIA does even if it seems bad .... is nothing any other country would do to us or others if they had a chance, Now through the years have we become the monsters we once opposed, maybe their minds was wrong but their hearts are right does that make a difference????? Let me clarify something, the Reagans were clueless about what the spooks were doing. Certain people in certain places do stuff that is mostly beyond knowledge of most people that go through the White House. If you see the connections in certain federal agencies and what they've done recently you'll see that many times doesn't matter who's in office. They'll even help remove or keep people from getting into office. Just look back to the 60's and follow the crumbs.

@flyingelvis8850 Жыл бұрын
Journalism is fine now. The Journalism that is bad now is conservative FoxNews, Newsmax, America One, and Sinclair News Stations. Ignorant people like to refer to the rest of the News as liberal media. It's not the liberal media. It's the media. Conservatives who don't like what the media are reporting call it "the liberal media." Let's give a example. Donald Trump is the head conservative Republican. He is a lifelong molesterer of women, a lifelong pathological liar, a lifelong horrible businessman, a lifelong launderer if Russian Oligarchs/Mafia money through his hotels, a lifelong Prima Donna who never admits failure while consistantly failing, and nation wide Republucans love him. Republicans think Trump is a great businessman because they saw him on the Apprentice Reality TV Show. The first rule of Reality TV Shows is they have nothing to do with Reality. Show me a person who loves pro wrestling (which is all fake!) and I'll show you a Republican. Republicans support a lifelong pathological liar for President of the U.S. and watch a "NEWS" Channel (FoxNews) that just paid $787.5 million for knowingly lying to it's audience for over 2 years that the 2020 election was stolen.

I remember this story. I actually created a subtitle file for a film version of "Kill the Messenger" a few years ago. Such a terrible tragedy. Nowadays I find myself wondering in aw how it ever came to be that the general public can consent to operations involving such deceit at the highest levels of government to operate time after time after time. That United States war machine with the CIA and NATO alongside seem always to be stirring the pot somewhere and paying journalists to betray their ethics and misrepresent facts so as to create a bias with which further consent for further unethical operations might be manufactured. I first noticed it when I was nine or ten years old during the Gulf War, Desert Storm, all of that, and it's been happening over and over again ever since and from what I've read, has been happening time and time again for at least a century. When are we going to stop allowing ourselves to be manipulated by these groups of bad actors? When are we collectively going to regain our individual self-respect and study the information given to us with the same reverence for the truth that Gary Webb wrote with? Surely willful ignorance can't be the preference of the majority. If we want our kids and their kids to live in a brighter, safer world without restrictive borders and hateful prejudices, we have to stop allowing power to deceive and manipulate us. It's a no-brainer.

When the main stream media comes out en mass to dispute a reporter's work on government nefarious affairs, it's probably true.

And still, this story isn't widely known at all. I mentioned this to someone a few days ago, and they didn't believe me. "The CIA wouldn't do that", "how was no one arrested?", "Why wasn't this reported on more?" All that good stuff.

I been sayin that for years… unfortunately, the broken parts of black culture can only fix itself now… white people aren’t allowed to talk about it … this incidence is probably the only thing one can point to, but a few black people I’ve mentioned it to, were on drugs and didn’t care … few people care about any of these kind of crimes nor do they understand the crushing sociological implications … they just think they will always have access to the life we’ve become accustomed to over the last 80 years

califaces ? People need to know. if you didn't commit a crime. Your detain by law enforcement accused for a crime you didn't commit and taken to jail for 20 years is kidnapping. Never call it what law enforcement call it. Because in law, it's what you say. law enforcement would call it a arrest and if they find out years later your innocent, they call it a false arrest. Here's why is kidnapping a federal crime ? Section 1201 of Title 18 of the United States Code codifies the extremely serious federal crime of kidnapping. As stated, while most cases are most often prosecuted under the laws of the 50 states, it can also be a federal crime in certain circumstances, carrying a potential life sentence or even the death penalty.
