I started training at a jujitsu gym and at a commercial weight training gym. At 19 I was super sociable but also starkly skinny 6"3 at 130lbs. The commercial gym was mostly full of 30 something guys with great bodies but horrendous attitudes. They didn't want anything to do with me lol. The bbj gym was the opposite everyone was cool, though they weren't in great shape, if you saw them, you wouldn't guess they could choke out a wayyy bigger man, but they all can. Now that I'm 195lbs of mostly muscle, that i achieved naturally, the commercial guys are nicer, but they're almost all on test and some on worse. While my bbj guys are hopping on test and other substances, it make me fucking sick, they're even actually different towards me. When you're natural other guys are bros and fellow men, once you start pinning everyone else is competition unless they're bigger than you and then you hate them.

Thanks for being one of many you tubers that convinced me to to stop using PEDs. If I stayed the course who knows if I would have ever recovered. Have fully recovered my natural test and will never touch it again now. My ego took a big hit when I hopped off and lost the look that was in alignment with the superficial image I had built over the years but I always remind myself when I look back on those photos where I looked insane that I was the unhappiest within. No matter how big and shredded you get, you’ll always feel small. It also doesn’t feel as fulfilling because in the back of your mind you know that without that regular injection the unnatural physique you’ve attained will melt for the most part. Now I took up boxing and jiu jitsu classes instead and feel way more fulfilled with physical activity I enjoy, knowledge I’ll keep for life and something that can possibly save my life some day.

You are brilliant. This is by far the most profound fitness channel on KZbin. Let's face it: 50% of the population are below average intelligence. I'd argue that this % is higher among people who can spend 8 hours a week in the gym. You are far too intelligent to get through to those people, they simply won't understand you (they won't understand concepts like "Stockholm Syndrome", "halo effect", "parthenogensis", "dysmorphia", etc). Moreover, as someone who came from the lowest levels in society, I can say that long-term planning is found less among the working-class/"uneducated", so these guys at 20 are less concerned by being alive at 50. Just like they don't plan an education/career/investments that won't pay back for a decade or decades, so they focus on quick results now, damn the consequences. Last year I had a bf (great body) who went to the gym every day for 10 years but very dissatisfied with his progress, and often talking about how PEDs would make him better. He used to read fitness sites, watch YT videos. When I told him "you have body dysmorphia" he had never heard of it and it took a while for him to understand the concept.

As a PED user (no I don't plan on stopping) I agree, and I appreciate you trying to sway naturals away from taking AAS. The biggest thing I see is that these people who want to start taking steroids do NOT fully understand the consequences these things can have on your body. All they think about is estrogen but I haven't heard a single one mention hypertension, hair loss, kidney damage, heart failure, liver cancer, polycythemia, or how neurotoxic trenbolone is. 99.999% of the time these people think they'll just take 750mg of testosterone, 500mg of tren, 100mg of Dbol, and just pop an AI whenever they feel like it for their first cycle, and won't even know how these compounds interact with their body beyond that they build muscle. It's scary talking to these people. Not taking the proper steps to protect your body WILL lead to an early death. Honestly, no one should take steroids unless they are serious about it being a lifetime commitment. This shit is not for playing around. Not to mention that the vast majority of PED users are fucking brain dead idiots when it comes to this stuff it's almost embarrassing to be around them.
@amdimilker5773
@amdimilker5773 3 жыл бұрын
"no one should be taking steroids unless they are serious about it being a lifetime commitment" Broscience conclusion. Shutdown is not permanent and is avoidable with moderate dosages of certain compounds. Yes, test and some DHT derivatives. But I get it let's not promote the use of PEDs.
@craigdaniels3749
@craigdaniels3749 3 жыл бұрын
@@amdimilker5773 It's not really a broscience conclusion. HPTA shut down is only a part of the equation but still you'll have extreme outliers who will not recover; granted compound selection plays a role. Never the less this is what I'm talking about 99% of people at most only understand the side effects/nuances of PED use at surface level. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying I'm a steroid genius or that I know everything I'm far from that. If you are serious about putting on muscle through PED use then it is a life time commitment. You either blast & cruise or you don't and lose the muscle you've accumulated since natural levels of testosterone cannot sustain unnatural levels of muscle development. Not to mention any damage done to your body will most likely be permanent or need to be closely monitored for life, and we're not even touching upon having preexisting conditions or genetic predispositions which would exacerbated much much more by steroid use.
@amdimilker5773
@amdimilker5773 3 жыл бұрын
@@craigdaniels3749 Your justification for that statement: HPTA shutdown is a part of the equation. Your claim about extreme outliers who never recover. And then you claim that you can't keep the muscle mass with natural testosterone levels(or a TRT dose?) Right?
@craigdaniels3749
@craigdaniels3749 3 жыл бұрын
@@amdimilker5773 Yes, there are extreme outliers who will be permanently shut down no matter what. Although that is an extremely small percentage of steroid users the risk is still there. To make a blanket statement that everyone can recover with a proper PCT is not true although that begs the question of how many people are even doing a proper PCT because a lot are not. Also, who's to say that when you do "recover" your natural testosterone levels that they will be back to where they once were before you started steroids. Was that worth it? Or what about the people who have developed scar tissue in their testicles from years of having their balls turned off (it's good to periodically run HMG to prevent this scar tissue build up) rendering them completely infertile no matter what fertility drugs are used. These things happen. Regarding muscle mass if you have a 600ng/dl natural or TRT testosterone level and the muscle you've built from steroids requires 1200ng/dl just to maintain it then you'll lose it. It's similar to people with muscular atrophy/wasting diseases. Have you never heard of people losing their gains when they came off cycle? Fucking hell this just proves my point even further. Even if you are using TRT you're not a natural it's that simple if you can't comprehend that then I don't give a fuck. TRT should put you in the mid to high normal reference range not fucking 1200ng/dl+. Still this goes back to what I was saying about if you have more muscle than what your current testosterone levels (doesn't matter if it's natural production or TRT) can sustain you will lose muscle mass. Why do you think body builders have to keep upping their hormone replacement doses the bigger they get? It's not uncommon for big bodybuilders to run 200mg - 250mg or more a week.
@amdimilker5773
@amdimilker5773 3 жыл бұрын
@@craigdaniels3749 There's no evidence that moderate dosages of testosterone- or DHT-derivatives can cause permanent shutdown in an otherwise healthy male. *Certain compounds* !! Yes you could have a genetic defect. But that's not steroid-induced given the statement above. A "permanent shutdown" is a spermatogenic dysfunction. It's not your neuroendocrine function. To avoid this, everything that's needed is to stimulate the leydig cells with hCG during cycle. Some people need hMG but preferably rFSH, but I'm suspecting it's due to prolonged HPTA shutdown. In this instance you also mentioned testicular fibrosis. Yes that's what can happen if you're allowing your nuts to shrink, lol. You're on clomid because you understand it on a surface level, how it occupies the estrogen receptor to produce testosterone. I'd assume! Like you said you're far from a steroid genius. Really you're just using clomid in a slow attempt to restart your system because it increases FSH (and hCG LH.) No wonder you think you lose your gains during PCT. Another reason is that you don't know the difference between muscle tissue and (positive) side effects from steroids. You don't lose muscle tissue in a day. Many people are maintaining running on TRT dosages of a maximum of 250mg. Granted, I don't know if Ronnie Coleman could maintain the part of his size that was actual muscle tissue for long on a TRT dosage. I guess this contributes to the theory of "natural limit" that this guy talks so much about.

I can't thank both of them enough, and I have a lot of work to go trough because I have my own mental issues and that is what make me consider take drugs in the first place but I can assure one thing: We'll ride the spiral to the end And may just go where no one's been.

I think that something most people who jump on peds don't understand (or have been brainwashed not to ) is that value is always added therefore not intrinsic, they assume that more muscle is just better and that this statement will hold true no matter the means. This becomes false with simple reasoning, as evidence just think about the joy you get from reaching a goal through hard work and determination and how indifferent you are towards basic things you have always had.

But oh, just icing on the cake 48:00 oh wow you brought it up. Awesome I was thinking about how much different steroid training is too. On steroids your muscles grow faster than your joints so you have this weird high rep low ROM minimal rest pump style of training which is mainly for getting drug rich blood into the muscles. And then PED users sell programs to naturals based on what worked for them but doesn’t work for us at all. That honesty sounds kinda lame. The training shifting from “I train hard and my muscles grow in response to resistance” to “I try to get a pump to get drugs in my muscles so they can do the work”. One just sounds so much more, dare I say, real than the other

PEDs will multiply any effort made directly into hypertrophy. Liquid tonnage is a perfect description. The results you will get from the same training will be multiplied by significant amounts depending on the dosage and in theory even a small dosage will propel the gains well beyond what would be possible with natural training, hence you can and do see that even sub-optimal training will produce superior results because their effort is multiplied directly into gainz a LOT by the drugs. a 50 pound of muscle in a BB-pro difference is significant and is not a straw-man argument because 50 pounds is such a stupidly large difference (compare elite natty to elite drug user and note the still significant difference) Genetics will not account for such a difference unless you've got extremely rare *disorders*. Then these people become GREEK GODS IN HUMAN FORM on drugs.

The welfare state society NEEDS the public to be dependent upon it. Why do we need taxation? To fund the welfare state. Why do we need the welfare state? Because we are all obese, infirm, addicted, lazy, badly educated, mentally ill. Why are we like this? Because the welfare state encourages it. In the UK it's said that 1 in 50 of ALL men aged 16 to 60 are depenedent on testosterone (Netherlands has similar numbers). Yet these drugs are illegal. The state could stop this if they wanted to. Look at how protests are crushed, how books are banned, how people were forced to wear masks in public (when masks were known to be of no use). The welfare state says "drugs are illegal, but we'll ignore the law and you can have them for personal use". So the welfare state PRETENDS to care about welfare but in truth just wants the public dependent upon it. Something similar can be argued about the lies about "cholesterol causes atherosclerosis" then the state tells us "eat these toxic seed oils and take statins for the last 40 years of your life".

It's very strange how yt fitness has shaped in the last few years. When I started watching videos about bodybuilding in 2015 it was looked down upon guys that were on peds. Nowadays the roiders seem to be the most popular on the platform Anyways, I've never had any interest in any sort of drugs because I am too health conscious but I disagree with you on naturals being better than roiders. To say that my understanding of fitness has always been "its all fake and misleading" has lead my personal fitness down a very slow and learning path as I never felt I could trust any information I'd try and research and find on the internet as I studied drugs before I even considered lifting and I wanted to know how these drugs worked and I found very compelling reasons why I can never allow myself to be dependant on something that hurts me. So im natural and always have been, but I was born athletic... had a naturally defined and cut 6 pack since I was 9 and I wasn't anorexically skinny either I just had musculature at a young age from early puberty... I was fast able bodied and agile but late into my teens I noticed my physique wasn't growing at the same pace as my height and at 18 I stood 6'0 weighed 140 lbs and while I was muscularly defined all over and didn't look boney I was underweight and felt I had parts of my body that were skinny in comparison to the rest and this lead to me wanting to feel that strength that health and that self satisfaction i had as a younger child.... so I wanted to train and found little to nothing online and on KZbin to aid in my effort, so I went to what I knew... bodyweight exercise pushups and variations, pull up, leg lifts, scissor legs, decline situps, and I got bigger and stronger and it combined with my very labor intensive time absorbing job allowed me to while having a tight schedule and only weekends to properly train, I progressed but I truly was able to work and manage a full program 5 days a week in tandem with my work when I found youre channel and youre character and content was everything I was looking for in my, up until that point, self managed with little to no knowledge of natural fitness and gaining muscle other than what I felt in my body when I exersized and what i had in common sense. I improved drastically and im still dedicated and progressing like a never ending walk though its becoming more of a challenge. Im from the states and I've recommended youre content and some of your programs which I've modified for my specific needs as my build is very odd with tall slender but also disproportionate muscularity with forearms I intimidatingly larger than my biceps but I was able to mostly remedy that skinny 6 packed Popeye appearance I had with information and advice that I was able to collect from youre videos. Just a true thank you from one man trying to improve himself, to another. YT fitness really needs you now.

I agree with most of it but not all of it. Genetics are real in amount of muscle you pack on and what areas you have that look good, you also can't just take more PEDs and turn into Lee Priest or Ronnie Coleman or thousands of guys would. However most people don't come close to any limits because they are too inconsistent, too lazy in the gym or don't have any idea what they are doing due to watching too many crazy yt videos. It also takes many years for this to be an issue and the guys giving up usually give up around 2-3 years and assume they are as good as they can get which is not remotely the case.
