The Martial art chop tutorial - A Wing Chun guide

A Martial art tutorial focusing on the chop, a strike found in many fighting arts and self defence systems. Neil Parris breaks down the mechanics of the chop while demonstrating Wing Chun applications you can train at home on your own, or with a partner. Many traditional Martial arts utilise chopping techniques and although this tutorial is presented from a Wing Chun perspective, it will show beginners and advanced students alike many of the fundamentals regarding the use and mechanics of the chop, regardless of their Martial art discipline.

Central Wing Chun Channel I decided to change Shaolin Kung Fu to Wing Chun because it is used more Bimini people and is the strongest most direct Kung Fu style and it's good and effective for self-defense and fighting many people have used it Yip Man Bruce Lee Donnie Yen Anderson Silva Tony Ferguson and others
