I don't want to assume anything but it sounds like those wind noises were edited in or his mic is kinda fucked up. Sometimes before or after transitions in the video they stop or become quieter which is weird. If you look at other videos with this car from other people, you can see that the motor noises are generally louder than the wind noises because the mic in this video doesnt pick up motor noises or they just aren't that loud. I think the wind noises are either fake or the mic is poor.

It's actually built in Austria, all G-wagons are, since Mercedes bought the production line from the austrian manufacturer Steyr-Puch. Because of that I am lucky enough to see those things on the road when they test each and every one by hand. Pretty cool stuff.

I believe those orange lights are mandatory because if it's size. If a vehicle is a certain size it needs those clearance lights (I think that's what they're called.) they are supposed to help judge how much roof clearance you have left if you are driving under something like in a covered parking area.
