Being a Miami-Suburb resident of 35+ years, I've seen the trends come & go..... and neighborhoods rise & fall. To answer your question, I'd suggest Palmetto Bay. But yes, I'll agree that the majority of this presentation was aimed towards the wealthy. If you're seeking a place for the Average "Jo" West Kendall is a viable option. ....Stay away from anything north of Flagler Street (the North and South boundary line) .....Good Luck. You'll need it.

Just kidding Miami is great, as any other place in the world has good and bad areas, amazing beaches, beautiful women or more like angels, amazing hospitality, clear view everyday and New York is like Miami but 2x better specially cz I love the ppl in it many memories tho, a big and a small house is the same from the outside
