@theexpatgunner3 жыл бұрын
I think we know Mojo’s answer to this one 😀 I can say the P2 using the CR2032 was the right move, not it mention it’s replaceable outer protective glass, optical quality, high/low extreme temperature + shock tolerance give it features actually worth having. The 509t is a good alternative for those that want diffident reticle options, but other features are gimmicks. I wouldn’t choose it over the ACRO as the samples I’ve seen seem to have questionable QC. And before anyone says “But the 509 is $200-$300 cheaper” not in Europe it’s not, they are pretty much the same price… Of course if I could get a 509T €300 then I’d jump on it as it’s a great deal… the deals just not good when the pricing of both units is the same.

Personally I think using the tube to pick up the dot is a bit of a crutch. It's good for people who are totally new to red dot pistols, but if you're serious about your training you'll develop your index to the point where you don't need to hunt for the dot because it's already there and ready to go. Bit of a nitpick, love my ACRO, overall good video
@milspec_mojo3 жыл бұрын
And to that extent I can’t disagree but like anything else it’s a Huge benefit to the optic, kind of like saying people who use optics with wider fields can pick up the dot faster. Shooters gotta start somewhere and build from a level of confidence. If they choose to run an acro and they have the ability to pick up the dot faster with the optic It’s gonna translate when they go to other optics 🤙🏽
