Definitely resonates with me. Started 2 years ago when I decided that I didn’t want to live my life like that anymore. The “skeletons” were in control. I have no regrets for leaving my career to live my life intentionally. It hasn’t been easy and sometimes I feel lost. But I have a calling to coaching and I’ve been confronting those skeletons too. Through this, I am finding clarity that food/eating/cooking is what I will help people with. Thanks for sharing this, I appreciate knowing that others are going through this too!

Oh love that! Yes, those darn skeletons. Haha. Not fun to deal with but 100% worth it in the end because it is the key to living our best lives. Excited for you lady! And no, you're definitely not alone! 😘
