Love these videos. I stopped watching them a couple years ago and made a plan.I have been in a Big boat building company as a finisher/fiberglass worker.15 years to become a master at my craft. I’ve been working on boats as sidework on weekends. It took me a couple years of planning and getting the numbers right. In 2 months i am giving my notice and going into business with a my partner. I work full-time as an Age Carer and study part-time the Japanese language. I'm currently doing the Diploma of Japanese, and enrolled in the Bachelor's degree of Japanese course for 2023, and I plan to do the Master's Degree in Japanese in 5 years time. Then start up my online business selling language courses online. Which will be the three languages l know well, which is English, French and Japanese. I think too many successful people are always looking towards the future and always spending time thinking about good ideas that they forget to live in the present or even enjoy the present moment wholeheartedly. Having a vision is just something that gives you something to do really and helps you not to feel lost. Relax, life is not all about making profits. The most important things in life don't cost much. Like dreams, vision, smile, loyalty, love, smile, hugs, etc. Just saying, you shouldn't be working 15 hours a day to live your life. Pace it into shorter hours and in the weekends, do 5 hours of personal development work/ your own project.

I decided to take these last couple days to try the media available to listen for motivation . I stopped only for the simple fact it seemed every one I followed was saying the same thing just in different environmental and staging but the exact same words and actually made me less motivated. Giving tends to weaken and takes away the opportunity to self dissect and grow to become self sufficient, we’ve given to Africa for so many years and the poverty and regression is happening at alarming rate.
