Been watching Kris for a long time, and can honestly say he’s had such a positive impact on my life. At 21 years old I’m making nearly $10,000/month, in semi decent shape, know how to defend myself, and am a version of me that my 16 year old self would be proud of. Sure there’s people who are richer, stronger, leaner, people who can kick my ass in sparring. But I’m getting better at accepting that every single day. I honestly feel blessed to have wisdom far superior to my age, and a lot of that is thanks to Kris. Appreciate it Kris. Keep up the good work as usual mate.

Only Kris could go from dropping some of his best wisdom in years to trying to refrain from using the word 'picnic' 😂 (Seriously though, as a long-time viewer, you're outlook on life and self-improvement has genuinely hit new heights. I can only imagine the type of content and advice you'll be putting out at 45 if you're still in the game. Proud to be part of this community mate)

Due to the nature of this channel (being about football) I never got to switch off over xmas, and I wouldn't have it any other way, only had a few days out the gym as well This is the first time since I turned 18 that I haven't experienced any January blues, my average day is something I want to wake up for, its full of purpose and working towards my goals Today I got signed up by a KZbin talent agency to top it off! Thats partly thanks to you Kris

I just want to say thank you, Kris, for educating men about real life. You are the most real, honest, rational, and optimistic self-improvement creator out there. As a 16-year-old, being educated and learning stuff like this is gold to make my life setup optimal, content and great in the long run!

I think you’re on to something here Kris. It’s that routine. I think due to social media we have been so conditioned to pleasure/thrill seek. Take it from a guy who fumbled the opportunity of a life time, it is the boring work between you and your success that prepares you to handle and sustain your success. 😊

Really like the direction these videos are going in Kris, I’ve been consistently watching since Stick or Twist and you’re a really good source of masculinity for me. Appreciate all you do man!

is it just me or is working 10 to 12 hours actually very fun? Like constantly learning, Working out, getting stronger, looking and feeling better, trying out different things and seeing if they work for the business, taking risk, failing but learning a lot more through that failure, succeeding and feeling like ur on the top of the world, The feeling of momentum uplifting you, I think a lot of people associate hard work and discomfort with negative feelings and i want to ask why does it have to be so? What if hard work and discomfort were fun, because you know that's what it takes to go where u want to go, Kind of like how people like bitter coffee or dark chocolate, Its not sweet but it enjoyable.

Depends on the job. C-suite jobs are "golden handcuffs" ...12hrs is the minimum and the stakes are high, no over time pay, weekend work and usually on call. 17hrs 5 days a week will burn anyone out after a few months.

Because people don't know when to stop. People think if I work hard now then when I'm 35 I can sit on my bum all day and do what I want... but the problem is as men we always need to be doing something so even when we have everything we want we won't be satisfied unless we're still grinding. Which is why I think going 100% in young is not as valuable as you think and we should absolutely have a balance in life

Making progress feels awesome, even if that’s just doing the daily habits and working. To me what sucks is feeling like I’m not getting anywhere and I’m just doing maintenance tasks

Hey Kris, normally I dont comment on any videos, but this one I need to say, you are doing such a great job with your life, work and channel, everyone can see your evolution and that you are a mature man that actually lived life and has a lot going on, you own some business (that are not just your youtube channel), you are good with woman, has a great shape, personality and want to help other younger guys, just want to thank you for all you created of value for me and other man, and helped us since your garage days.

If you can enjoy the 'monotonus" and find a way to make it fun it makes these years long grinds way easier. The small wins are my highlights like had a good practice, read a chapter of a book, saved a thousand bucks. You're a thousand percent right about others blowing their load too fast into the new year, its not a 0 to 100 thing its a 25 25 25 25 to 100 maybe even smaller.
