Wow! Your gonna go and live with the buffalo's?? All of you? Or just you? That will be interesting to see 👍👍 And i know what you mean about Thai's being so friendly, and i find them pretty humble, generally. I remember i was up in Chiang Mai and i got a puncture on my motorcycle, this guy just randomly stopped on his motorcycle, whipped the wheel off, got me to jump on the back of his motorcycle and holding the wheel we went and found a tyre repair shop, he took the wheel off me and even helped the guys fix the punctured tyre, then took me back and put the wheel back on!!!! I was amazed. I certainly wouldn't have had that experience back home 😂😂😂

Looks like old Betty Blue is enjoying stretching its legs too! The upbeat music at the beginning with the drone shots was different which I enjoyed. Reminded me of the music from the film Beverly Hills Cop. As the old saying goes "We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children". I thought I was already subscribed but I wasn't so I pressed the button today. Happy travels!

Thanks again for the new video. It reminded me of a question that I carry along with me for a long time and you talking about the tip for the car washers reminded me. Giving tip in Thailand is easy done for European travelers because of low prices compared to Europe and I found I was going to give a really high tip when traveling in Thailand. But at some point this can mean that the tip is no longer perceived as recognition, but as an expression of the fact that one is conceited and feels like something better. Of course, I don't want to cross this line, as it would make the other person lose face. My question is whether this limit can be quantified. Thanks for your answer.
@lifeinruralthailand3 жыл бұрын
Thanks, and yes each must decide for themselves. Generally tips I give are very well received in good heart, the quality of the interaction and shared respect is more important in my opinion 🙏🙏

Great content Ryan! Been watching for a couple of month now, and always keep looking forward to your next vlog. I have the same issue with depression symptoms, I think its great that you go away on shorter trips like this one, to beautiful and relaxing Koh Chang. Since you like fishing and you are a need of relax sometimes, I got a trip suggestion for you. Surin Islands(Mo Ko Surin National Park), just south of the Myanmar border. I know its far away from Buriram, but totally worth it. And if you are a "Tent guy" you can stay over out there, since there are no hotels or what so ever. Or you just bring Damo and Otis, to enjoy one of the best snorkeling spots in Thailand! Btw, the drone footage is awesome!

Hi Ryan , another great video , What a beautiful location , pity not much sand though , plus the 5000 baht a night is out of my budget 😁 , but like you said an ideal place for a romantic getaway . Like you I've been going to Thailand for about 4/5 months every year for just over 30 years now , but unlike you I don't speak so fluently as you do , I also fell in love with Thailand and Thai people they have taught me so much in my life , when I'm there I feel at home , I was there again in 2020 for 8 months as couldn't get back to the UK , so sadly can't make it this year and as you know we aren't allowed to leave the UK at the moment 🤐🤐 , but hopefully later this year fingers crossed 😁. Looking forward to your videos about living off grid what a great idea . O.k. take care my friend may the love and the light always be with you 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿😎😎😎.
