If you ask me, an entire movie based on characters who were made to compensate the main characters possibly not being view-catching has its issues because those characters were made for quick jokes/gags. Rather than holding up an entire movie. The first movie used them sparsely. Only when it would've made sense. The only one that could've been cut out is the mall scene. But over the movies, they became both more forced and more superfluous. The Mega Minions are barely a plot point. I'm not gonna go "Minions is a horrible movie." Because a movie about them would work. But they need to write with their characters in mind rather than escalating their very essences. Because if you do that, you're gonna make us sick of it. Like how you don't wanna put too much sugar.

Out of topic for this video. I find it weird that some people are mad that theirs going to be that’s there’s going to be a third Minions movie while people are excited that’s theirs going to be a fifth Shrek movie. It’s probably because it’s been like a decade since we last got a Shrek film and with the success of Last Wish. But my problem with this is when people are saying that The new Despicable me and minions are pointless soulless cash grabs when you can say the same with Shrek when Shrek the 3rd, 4th, and Puss In Boots came out. I felt like the sequel is overhyped. Its a pretty basic and predictable movie, the villains are simple and lack depth except for Wild Knuckles but the focus on Gru was a good choice and the minions were cute as always.
