I love that how, out of everyone that uses the "Yeah, but the Niners didn't have McCaffrey" argument, virtually none of them give the Vikings any credit for beating San Fran without two of their three best offensive players for the entire game. Past Vikings teams would have crumbled after having just lost Justin Jefferson in the 3rd quarter, yet this year's team endured despite all that AND losing Aaron Jones and Dallas Turner late when the Niners seemed to be surging. You can't honestly say that after only two games that this is not the same Sam Darnold. When he threw the interception, It was a nice play by Fred Werner but if you listen to the announcers they even said, "I don't know what Donald was looking at. If Werner wouldn't have intercepted it the safety would have". He sees ghosts. I laughed all the time watching him. I'm from New York so unfortunately I watch Jet games n highlights regularly. It's going to take more than two games for him to convince everybody in this area that he's not Sam Darnold anymore. We're convinced he sees ghosts. Talk to me after the first quarter of the season is over and then my opinion may change. But two games? He's still Sam Donald.
