Asalam elekum dr sb, may aik saal high blood pressure 175/95 may rahi. doc nay 80 mg co voltac subha sham per start kia...app kay lecture sunye...December 2020 may medicine chore ker walk, low carbs start kia. 6 months say na medicine li na hi koi problem hain... apnye app bohath hi strong lag raha hain Alhummuduliah Allah app ko jaza day hammye educate kerny ka..

Thanks for being so truthful. My son is a doctor here in Virginia and he too thinks the same but the big pharma business and healthcare lobbies don't like this. Hope more people are educated and doctors stop prescribing so much drugs to people.

It’s a good explanation and advice about Carbohydrates. We should consider this advice especially when we are told or given a chart , that you can eat this much fruits’ boiled rice etc. It depends in the beginning what is the level of weakness of Pancreas and performance of Pancreas. Whether we are Type 1 or Type 2, we should avoid bakery items, avoid sweetener and sweet, otherwise Physician will be increasing a dose Insulin or Pills.

You are cent percent right only carbohydrates raise the sugar level l am patient of type 2 diabetic. I alway avoid Pepsi. Coke ,sweet and other such things from last 12 years .l am still healthy my all parameters are with in limit because of talking low carbohydrates diet. You are really saving the nation from clutches of diseases through providing awareness and knowledge. Thanks a lot for kindness to wards humanity may ALLAH rewards you with benefits of both the worlds

@@Moti_vation4492 ma beech ma hi kood gya... sorry....lekin "hikmat meri ummar ki khoee hoe miras hai,jahaan se mile Lelo".said by Muhammed s a wassalm....daikhye aap a66e se kr rhe hain"keto"krte rahiye aur better option hai dedh(1.5) meal a day....18 se 20 hours ka fasting periouds....beef ke kbaab ya 3-4 ande beef tello(gurde ke chrbi) ma bne huwe aur shaam ko km se km aadha kg mixed vegetables salad ....krke daikhye....aur beech ma akhrot+pumpkin seed ya yakhni lijiye.....

I’ve watched an video of western doctor said” there is nothing without having carbs. Instead of meats, olive oil,water, etc. Also carbs has high Glycemic load which causes high cholesterol.

AoA, Dr Khalid Jamil saheb, I am 47 year old Male. I am on keto diet these days which helped me a lot to keep my diabetes under a good control. But it had had started a new problem that my uric acid is elevated to 10.0. Please can you help us by guiding us that while staying on keto diet how we can keep our uric acid under control as well as diabetes. That would be a great help for us. Kind regards. Shamim Khawaja

Jezak allah sir mai bohat shuker guzar hoon app ki allah app ko ajer day sir meri shuger 300 say kam naee hoti thi aur insulin ki waja say waza 108 kg tha 3 mahinay hoye app ki baat per amal kartay hoye waza 90 ho giya aur shuger 100 say oper naee jati khali pait 95 ya 80 tak rehti hai sir aik sawal aik do dafa keto k baad shuger 60 tak chali gaee thi to agar aisa ho to kiya karo mai plz beta day jezak allah

Dr sb ap ka khana ka mutabik ma na wheat ki roti khani chor di ha mari suba sham ki insulin band ho gai ha ab koi medicine astmal nahi kar raha hon or sugar normal ho gai ha
