Hey all - just wanted to share what I've been experiencing - hope it helps. As you move away from your anxiety and begin to really live again - there will be a time where a sensation begins, a thought enters your mind, etc and you literally smile and relish the moment because these things no-longer have any power over you - it's an amazing feeling and experience !! Thanks again Dennis !!

Just since my last reply to this video I've come a long way watching and doing the affirmations morning and night and sometimes during the day,surrender sessions, just watching any of Dennis's videos, I'm having way less panic and anxiety and noticing that I'm feeling more excited,still scared,but more happy and excited about what I'm learning and how much I've improved in such a short time other people are noticing it and I'm really feeling it that I can do this I can be free and have my life back! it's amazing and a wonderful feeling when you've felt fear for years,thank you Dennis, I love you from the bottom of my heart.Ive been reaching out, begging and pleading, and praying for help for years,and then I found you, keep on saving lives my friend you will be blessed many times over what you have given I'm sure!

The shock and the anxiety it's brought on has been so scary.. but with your advice, I'm learning not to be afraid of how I feel that's its normal reactions to feel them see them as normal and except them helped so much made me less scared of having them.. and to devalue them, iv listened to you nonstop for 2 days now, and I can't thank you enough from the bottom of my heart your life saver your affirmations have got me through the day there so empowering makes you feel you have control over them ❤️ ♥️

Try this, step outside of your comfort zone and start conversations with people even if it seems awkward at first it will help you tremendously. Then you will get out of your head and once your in the driver seat again the fear of them not liking your conversation will vanish because eventually you will realize being yourself let’s anxiety know you are in control and not it.

I was having panic attacks daily, my anxiety started to come back and anxiety symotoms taking over, i got so angry and upset i had anxiety and a panic attack after not having any for 2 weeks, felt like i was getting no where and that i was never going to heal because im expecting results quickly, this video speaks volumes. I put SO much of my energy into my symptoms and the fact that im expecting results immediately just keep the anxiety coming. I hope one day i can be my authentic self again
@Chris_8 Жыл бұрын
Just like me except the expectation of getting quick results and wasn’t upset about the panic attack that happened. Instead I took it as a learning experience, I thought I wouldn’t have anymore panic attacks (setbacks) but that anxiety will always cause new symptoms to try to reel you back into that fear state
@tyhickscoaching Жыл бұрын
One key thing that I find helps reduce anxiety in regular life is to remember that inaction is the soil in which fear grows. Once you're in the state of taking action, you'll be amazed at how much fear reduces. So you want to build the muscle of taking action even though you feel fearful anyway, and then fear will dissipate.

I needed to hear this. After having my daughter and the idea of a family I’ve worked so hard for by going to school and achieving my professional goal before having a family but then life going a different way has brought so much anxiety into my life. Worrying about my daughter not having both parent, not being married before, and also being cheated on and now em being a single mom. You’re right I will not listen or follow what I thought this culture advertised. It’s okay to not have that “perfect family”. I will begin to heal my past and focus on living my own life with my daughter and the love that surrounds us. I will focus in the present and I will not let anxiety control my life. I lost my real Devine self but I will be my authentic self again! I wish you all the best! We got this.

From your previous videos, I learned about that “unresolved trauma,” for three days, I’ve had this uncomfortable energy around my chest and heart that had me in doubt that it isn’t just an uncomfortable energy. I didn’t know what the trauma that I hadn’t resolved was. I was lost, I couldn’t find it. Until today, I had a panic attack (which I handled better than previous attacks) and that setback definitely taught me the lesson I didn’t understand yet. The uncomfortable energy in my chest was because of the doubts and fear I had of heart issues and heart attacks. That was my unresolved issue that I discovered today. I’m ready to continue my journey and continue healing. Thank you Dennis

Very thought provoking presentation. Return to your authentic self. I had quite literally forgotten how/who I was. I was so worried about how others would think and their judgements when I didn't want to go along with "their plan" that it of course exacerbated my anxiety.....feeding right into my ego. I have been on this journey for months, some days I feel so amazing, so close to my authentic self and then it can be taken away in an instant and I feel I've made no progress.....its a one day at a time thing and I WILL get through it. Thank you Dennis for yet another offering of wisdom. 🙏❤️

This sounds all so familiar. There are times when I feel focused and clear, what I’d call like myself. Then anxiety can strike out of no where and panic ensues with all its symptoms-brain fog, disorientation, disassociation, fear, anger, more fear, heart racing, chest tightening, just to mention a few. It’s debilitating. And when at night it promotes insomnia. Then I’m really a wreck to function at work the next day. I understand your point regarding being authentic but how does one even do that when one has become so ungrounded? It’s been so very difficult. Everyone says we’ve got to feel our feelings. Seems like I’m feeling all that in the midst of panic. How much more fear and anger can one feel before one has to be hospitalized from a complete breakdown. That’s what these times feel like. A complete breakdown. My entire quality of life has diminished and I’ve attempted so many modalities to heal-from meditation, therapy, inquiry, etc. I’m exhausted. 😢😢😢

Since I work with you slowly but surely I allow myself to be Sabine 2.0 - I allow myself to even set boundaries - sometimes my old brain, the 1.0 tries to come back but then I do a quick meditation and I am back on track. Sure I still have anxious moments but I am proud to where I got to.

@TheAnxietyGuy1 Жыл бұрын
The anxiety comes from much deeper repressed fears I believe, the present things we point fingers at is just a strengthening tactic the ego mind uses to keep anxiety going. It's possible that change scares your inner child, creates discomfort and uncertainty, allow it all to be present during this period of change.
