sir i've been meditating from the past few months... and the calmness i've achieved is impeccable for a former person who sufferred with a lot of anxiety like me. But i just cannot settle with this much calmness, it just feels so empty now like everything seems so strange. please give some words of hope

I think you are confusing calmness with feeling neutral. It happens quite often when one practices meditation techniques that focus on looking at sensations and calming those down. The key is to not pull down the feelings of joy and apreciation, to focus on your senses and be aware and apreciate the beuty that is around you. I highly recomend you watch the q&a after my last live stream where I talked a bit more about what The Distortion Method is and how it works with ultimately bringing joy into your life.
