The Most Aggressive NASCAR Driver

In this video, I detail the career of Kyle Larson, who I view as the most aggressive driver currently in NASCAR. I explain how he's very talented and capable of domination like in 2021, but his aggression has also lead to mistakes, especially since the Gen 7 car was implemented in 2022. I also explain why I have no issues with how much he attacks.

@@limprooster3253the difference is that Larson’s not really a hypocrite. When people race him aggressive like he does, he takes it. He only really gets mad when people do it to him on purpose, like Hamlin last year. He’s not like Logano or Hamlin who’s very hypocritical

As one legendary car owner once said, I always want a driver who pushes too hard, because you can pull back on a rope, but you can't push it. You'll never get a doormat to race like Larson, but if Larson pushes too hard, you can pull him back.

@@limprooster3253 Larson is just Chastain with an overdose on talent. Chastain embodies the idea of a dominant aggressive championship-level driver, but doesn't quite have the talent to really actualize it, Larson is that guy. Chastain was almost that guy when Trackhouse had just hit on something with the NextGen car faster than everyone else in 2022, and almost won the title, but the team has fallen behind and Chastain can't quite do what Larson does when the cars aren't at their best.

He always drives at least at 100%, and oftentimes at 110% . It's very fun to watch, so much so that even on a huge, flat racetrack like Fontana from the cheap seats, he became my new favorite driver, since Tony Stewart was clearly winding down his career.

I've been a Larson fan since 2013, his crash at Daytona in Xfinity. Always saw his talent after I started watching him week after week. People hate him because he's good. Who cares about his controversy, strictly speaking on his driving, it has been a while since we've seen someone drive like him. Kyle Busch in the late 2000s, early 2010s maybe. Larson cares about one thing and that's winning. In an era of sports where everyone wants to be friends and not hurt feelings, it's nice to see a young man with an old guard mentality who puts themselves before their competitors. This is what makes the legends legends. Rubs people the wrong way but I love that stuff. Also later in the video you mentioned how his aggressiveness gets him troubles because other drivers can't accommodate him and I think that's a perfect talking point for Larson. Larson has the ability to put his car in these situations and not make a mistake (sometimes he does, but not too often), as to where others have no business even trying.

Been a Larson fan as long as he's been in NASCAR's circuit. His aggression is always entertaining to watch, but he is also one of the first people to admit mistakes, which is a definite change over people like Bush, Elliott, Denny, or Logano who will very often blame other drivers for their mistakes. But the fact that Larson is always a consistent threat even in the Gen7s is testament to how strong of a rival he is in the sport.

So i do agree with most points that you have about the aggressive racing style Larson has...however some points i has issues with. The gen 6 car was certainly not the best car ever. It is better than the gen X car. The gen 6 had more power, smaller tires, and in my personal opinion the better areo package. With the gen 6 larson did lose alot by over driving like in his sprint car. Now that helped and hurt him alot which you did say. But, this gen X car breaks way more often, cant by fixed, and is just a lug of a car. I have seen son much and heard so much from active and former drivers saying that the gen X car needs to have more hp. Larson is the best NASCAR driver right now. He has that raw talent and knowledge. I really did enjoy watching the video you made on this. And i do apologize if i said anything bad.

He shouldn’t have been allowed to come back to nascar after the slur in 2020 and he was even bold enough to tell his crew chief to shut the f*** up at New Hampshire. When Larson took out Kyle Busch at STL, FOX (along with SXM later that week) blamed it all on Busch since they hate him and they adore Larson. If you were to go to a nascar race and bring in a anti-Larson sign, nascar would kick you out since they view that piece of crap as Jesus. @@DamianVega00 1. I'm not a Larson fan. He's a dirty driver and I'm pretty sick of him, but that has nothing to do with the situation you are talking about. 2. It was one word he said one time when he thought he was in a private chat to a friend. An honest mistake. It isn't as if he used it in a hateful way to anyone. Who are you to police the language of grown adults in their own private affairs? 3. You say "hard r" as if it would have mattered. If the word is offensive when it ends with an R, why isn't it offensive when it ends with an A? It's two pronunciations of the same word. You don't actually care how it's said, you only care who says it. Which brings me to... 4. Why is it such a sin when Kyle Larson says it, but not an entire laundry list of other athletes, rappers, celebrities, etc? Kyle Larson isn't black, but neither is B-Real. Yet I've never heard anyone complain about Cypress Hill. What is more problematic? Someone saying a taboo word in a way that isn't at all intended to harm anyone, or trying to somehow justify who can say that taboo word based on skin color. It's kinda funny considering the history of the word in question. All you're doing is recharging a word that lost its power 30 years ago. And most importantly 5: Larson said it one time four years ago, apologized profusely, lost his job, sat out a year, went to all of the diversity, inclusion, and sensitivity training that was asked of him. He served his time. The NASCAR fan base forgave him. The owners forgave him. Why can't you? Why do you insist on clinging onto this tiny shred of moral high ground?

Yes because history shows Hamlin drives him pretty dirty at times..him and the spotter are good though, just heat of the moment exchange

Larson is an amazing driver and decently clean. He'll make aggressive moves which is fine. One thing Larson does not know how to do is payback instead of taking out hamlin he took out everyone else

Don’t think he’s the most aggressive, but he’s up there. The difference is he’s not a hypocrite that’s why people like him and not Hamlin
