This is such a pleasant cottage that it makes me forget my dislike for eat-in kitchens and my preference for an master with ensuite. It’s a very thoughtful, straightforward design. Have you ever thought about a screened-in porch. It creates practical outdoor living spaces in nice weather. Nice job!

I can't understand anyone not liking an eat in kitchen. Keep the mess in one area and close to the sink or dishwasher for less walking and chance of dropping dishes on the floor.

I love it. I appreciate the designated laundry room. I would only make one change, a walk-in shower with no tub. It's for health purposes only.

I love this house! Staged beautifully. Lots of color - not totally white. I do prefer to have a desk in each bedroom. I like that each room has its own walls. I am not a fan of open concept. Wonderful small house. Thank you.

Nice floor plan, perfect sized laundry, kitchen and SINGLE bathroom. What I don’t care for is the dining are is a bit small for 6 table settings, one bathroom means a hostess not only has to do food preps but may also have to do a bathroom cleaning. Add a half bath and problem fixed. I’m sure not going to have my son come in to use the toilet while I’m showering either.

I would switch the pantry and refrigerator out. Seems like all the appliances with water usage should be on the same side.

Sliders are not proper entrance doors, and there's noplace for your coat when you come in. The kitchen has relatively little counter space. The laundry room is a plus. The bedroom windows appear to be fixed sashes not able to be opened, which might make them in violation of building codes in many places. The general plan is OK, but it needs refinement.

Not bad except for two glaring omissions: There is no proper front door and there is no proper back door. Both entrances are in the same corner of the house, opening into the same verandah. That is bad enough from a safety point of view. The lack of a proper front door means walking directly into the living room, bringing blasts of hot or cold air, or walking directly into the marginally acceptable kitchen bringing blasts of hot or cold air with you. Uncomfortable and not energy efficient, plus making the house harder to heat or cool and much harder to keep clean.

Come in the entrance, in the living room, then the dining area, then the kitchen, over to the laundry room, love , then the bathroom with the honeycomb backsplash by the shower, the bedroom, awesome color coronation, and the other bedroom the same
