Technical but very interesting. I wish there was more doctors like him around instead of ones who just look at results from labs

Brilliant talk Paul. Very well done! I used to get every enthisitis in the book and inject myself with cortisone. When I stopped eating grains the enthisitis all disappeared

Thank you, Dr. Paul! I am a layperson but have had several ‘syndromes’ you mentioned as my diagnoses. Greater trochanteric pain, trigger point/myofascial pain, partial piriformis syndrome, the list is long. I have had many trigger point injections, SI joint injections, cervical injections etc. Finally diagnosed with lumbar radiculopathy, cervical radiculopathy, etc. Multiple level cervical fusion C4-C6. Lots of shoulder blade pain just between shoulder blade and spinal column. Lumbar fusion L4-L5. Spinal cord cyst removed. I appreciate your professionalism and content of your videos! Thank you!

I used to have constant canker sores, typically 5-6 at a time, it was hard to talk and eat. Switching to a toothpaste without sodium laurel sulfate solved this for me. Then I had IBS, my older brother has Chrons, going low carb (less than 20G) solved my IBS. Lastly I get occasional SI joint pain and tendon pain at the insertion points. Eating mostly meat solves this but some processed meats trigger the inflammation. I haven't been able to zero in on the specific ingredients in the processed meats that trigger the SI joint inflammation yet. For now I try to stick with whole foods and that keeps things simple.

Maybe watch out for Emulsifier 451 in most mince meats - not sure if it is used in processed meat.

I'm 6 months or so out of left distal bicep surgery. I had some tendon damage from the surgery which has left me with some odd on and off pain and discomfort in my wrist. Wtf.
