This is how I make my Mardi Gras pasta but without the chicken. I’ll add andouille sausage and shrimp. I used 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce instead of tomatoes. I never used cream cheese but did try it this time. It’s not needed but I do taste the cream cheese in the dish.

Garfield's restaurant used to have this dish . It was by far my favorite . One thing they did also was to drizzle a spicy cream dressing (made by them) over the dish and onto the rim of the deep dish plate . OMG goodness ❤❤❤❤❤

PS: I think the sauce or dressing was mayo with Tabasco sauce mixed in . I have tried to duplicate it that way and it has been close . It is great on shrimp , chicken or anything you want to kick it up on .
