I'm in Germany and haven't had the chance to try Braised Pork Rice. Instead, I end up having the 'German response' to it - Chicken Fricassee. However, it's nowhere near as extravagant as Braised Pork Rice. I can't help but feel a bit envious of the Taiwanese and their culinary delights.

Can make at own home like many chinese household. Get the recepies in the youtube or this video already show some basic steps. Just write down whatever you can get here and youtube recepies combine method. These braise pork originate in China. Taiwan is also Chinese people.

Why do they choose each piece of meat for the customer every time they sell it? That's right Asian. They are never generous to their customers. Especially the Chinese restaurant owner. The tiny piece of meat didn't make me feel full ! Because I eat the European diet, lots of meat, starch and vegetables. Asian food is delicious but seems like too little food to me.
