Danke für das leckere Rezept👍‼️😋Mich erinnert das erste Rezept an meine Kindheit und Jugendjahre. Wenn ich hungrig aus der Schule gekommen bin und keiner zu Hause war, bin ich schnell in den Garten gegangen und habe mir Tomaten geholt. Dann Zwiebeln und Tomaten in eine Pfanne und angebraten. Dann habe ich mir zwei Eier geschlagen mit Salz und Pfeffer über die Tomaten gegossen. Deckel drauf und alles gut gebraten. Am Schluß noch gehackte Kräuter ( Käse hatten wir nicht) darüber. Schon mit einer Scheibe Butterbrot und man war satt. 👍‼️😋😋😋🤨🙋‍♀️🇩🇪
