RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS:
6 potatoes: boil until soft, then allow to cool.
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp sugar.
1/2 tsp salt.
1 tbsp wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar.
Boiling water to cover.
Allow to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
9-10 pickled cucumbers, sliced.
Dill and parsley, chopped.
50 ml milk.
100 ml vegetable oil.
1/3 tsp salt.
1/3 tsp black pepper.
1/3 tsp dried garlic.
1/2 tsp mustard.
1 1/2 tsp vinegar.

2 tomatoes.
2 cucumbers.
A handful of parsley.
A few stalks of spring onion.
A sprinkle of mint.
3-4 tablespoons of olive oil.
Juice of 1 lemon.
Salt and black pepper, adjusted to your liking.
