Apparently we're missing the context of the 'holographic concert' concept he was pitching? Sounds like a legal minefield to me, and AI is disgusting anyway. Would'a been better if he'd planned to host REAL musicians. And, hell, if we're gonna believe his 'this house will change the world' nonsense (even though he's since lost the house), a smattering of big-time artists and rising stars would be a much better use of concerts there. Wanna change the world? Give the little guy a helping hand up in the cutthroat music industry instead of mooching off the memories of dead, famous musicians for personal gain.

I watched the tour of the house. Yes it was utterly unbelievable. It may not be everyone’s taste but it was still amazing. He says it’s worth $500 million. The big question is, what did it cost to build?? He is a home builder by trade so he’s most likely not going to say. He bought the land in 2011, then made more land out of it by shaving the the top of the mountain by half. Then there’s the amount gigantic empty concrete spaces that add to the size. Most people that buy properties over $50 million know there’s a chance that they can lose money on them but they don’t care. I can go on and on about why why why why

7:41 It's in an HOA? Ooooof... idc how 'fantastic' the house is- HOA is an instant dealbreaker. No price would be low enough for me to sell my soul to a micro-dictatorship. Even if the rules seem reasonable when you get there, all it takes is one Nancy with a superiority complex to get on the board, and the rules turn draconian in a few weeks. Never, ever, buy HOA. Or conspire with several dozen families to buy up houses in an HOA neighborhood with the explicit purpose of filing to dismantle it. Living in one long-term is like playing Russian Roulette with your property rights.

now, IF this was licensed for commercial use, this property could be dope. you have a spa, massage center, bowling alley, "small" cinema, bars, nightclub, and pools. but considering this is a home, and is in one of the most wealthy regions of the US, I doubt people will be enthused by the idea of hundreds of people walking around here. I like producer Michael's vids, this house is indeed a masterpiece of engineering as far as I can see, but my god Nile is not just on another planet, but in another dimension with his ideas
