This is one of the most thorough explanations of the requirements to be a pastor 'after God's own heart'. These requirements actually increase my desire to follow God into the pastorate knowing I will never be enough but through Him I can be obedient. Inadequate, overwhelmed and absolutely called to pastor His sheep. Whenever you are ready, Lord.
