I think the problem RDJ has wasn’t talking about his past because he has talked about it in other interviews. I think the issue is the fact that interviewer ambushed him in an interview that was meant to promote a movie. If it had been a scheduled interview that was meant to be serious and talk about those issues, RDJ agreed to it and wanted to it and also knew what kind of questions were going to be asked then it just would have been a normal fine interview. But that person blindsided him.
