The Most Divine Flautas

Quoted from a web site: "Serranito's was famous for pumping out literally the most divine flautas known to Isla Vista."
When I was a student at the University of California Santa Barbara I ate at Serranito's Mexican Food - often known locally simply as Miguel's. There was something special about the guacamole that I figured out only lately, nearly 40 years later. Serranito's, sadly, is no longer there, but I can still enjoy these divine flautas.
At the end of the video I explain that sign on my freezer door.

Dennis! Holy cow, what a blast from the past! I saw that Gary Colson passed away the other day and it brought the memories of UCSB flooding back. And i wasn’t surprised that you knew about Better than Boullion - most folks have never heard of it or tried it but YOU have!!!!!! I agree that it is not as good as home made, but it sure is better than…wait for it…boullion. I just ran across your channel. I really like that you give us the metric weights. I have everything to make this except the salsa and guac. I do have an avocado but I think I will run to the store tomorrow and pick up the few things I need and try this.
