I’m in love with Uganda and have been watching the street foods of Uganda and if I’m not mistaken, I watched my first Ugandan street food video presented by Queen_Nancie, I hope I’m not mistaken and she was also equally as good. The Fish looks great. They should learn a few tips on Fish preparation; Fins should be cut off prior to grilling or cooking Also, all the seasonings can be blended or pounded together. Lastly, Royco already has salt, so there's no need of adding salt to the Fish.
