Thanks Gab. I am always a little wary of using erythromycin for blue/green algae treatment. I am concerned that repeated dosing could lead to antibiotic resistance in other bacteria which occur in the tank. I don't have any hard data on this, but I would be tempted to consider other forms of blue/green algae treatment which don't rely on erythromycin (e.g. Chemiclean, etc.).

Prozyquatel floats, erythromycin we usually mix in a cup. Then add to the Aquarius

Hi Gabe, I'm treating my discus with long white poop with metro powder mixed with pellets with little bit of water as you showed in other video, but once i drop them in water the white powder dissolves in water like a white cloud, will it be absorbed in the pellets to have any effect on fish?

By albums, do you mean angelfish? I've had 2 angelfish that I treated for Heximatia and 2 days after the 10 days of metronidazole I woke up with the female having 2 dots on the end of her ventrals. I took her to uf shands and they advised if she continues with spots to use peroxide dip 35 % , which I can't get till 3/7/24. They said it was maybe to soon to diagnose the problem. The female had scrapping with no Parasites and no bacteria to culture. I asked for medicine incase and they said they didn't stock medicine. I've lost 3 angelfish already with the 1st sign of white dots on ventrals and then the fins started falling off and they died. I thought they had ick so I treated them with ickx and emycin and they died anyway. I want to purchase from you for backup incase they start losing their fins . What do you recommend? The symptoms they had was severe fin loss and then redness on the tail fins and they suffered for at least almost 2 weeks. I don't know if I spread the disease to the 3rd fish in a separate tank but the 3rd died in 6 days. I used salt for sterilization 2 tablespoon for every gallon for sterilization of all equipment and uf shands said that they don't believe it eradicated very well.
