The Mapogos left a big mark in the Sabi Sands. The game drive rangers like Cedric talk about the coalition a lot and even tells stories on them. Its a good thing they left offspring and their blood still lives on in many lions today. @@sakil8272 - Notch and his boys is my favorite story.
the 5 pack of brothers (the selati) who killed the baby eating pride brothers were far superior hunters and killers way smarter and had way better temper and more vicious (check kinky tails death)... they were smart, loyal and never went against pack that's why they took their Mapogo pride after Mr.T killed there brother they were a real pack of brothers all identical..... Mapogo was dirty blood that came into the Spartan pride when he was young.. the old spartans accepted him, they all died and he took their pride and grew Mr.T and kinky tail etc. Then broke up cause Mr.T challenged Mapogo they all fight for harem.. they broke up then the 5 brothers came and wiped them out easily. so no they didn't really rule like people claimed they were a mixed bag of lions not true brothers 2-2-1, Mr.T was a outkast devil lion but he was the real king cause he came from the spartans pride, Mapogo didn't he was stand in. The Spartans Accepting Mapogo into the pride literally was their demise, he created conflict in the bloodline ruling hierarchy, which in turn broke up the pack and got them killed in the end. That and killing the first brother under that tree was the start of their end. There has been way bigger and better prides than these 6 100% they were good hunters..... but not good killers. And not very smart.

@skittles33102 жыл бұрын
@@CarmenColleenCCC From what I seen that particular lion was "known" to be especially savage. Even once the coalition was the dominant males, and had successfully taken the females as their own, the males mated with the females, and that lion would kill his brother's cubs. He did this while they were all living together within the same pride!! I don't think that lion ever knew fear in his entire life, all the way up to his death by being outnumbered and isolated, in a battle with 2 younger lions who were too much for him to fight alone. He still never showed any fear. He was a special breed all by himself.

yep, female lions have much better life quality. They can change loyalties, abandon male lion(s) if they deem him not strong enough, they are never chased away from pride once they are grown up unlike males etc.. male lions live violent life, are chased away to solitude where if they are lucky they band up with their bro, then if they are lucky they have short violent reign and once they age or are injured they are killed, wounded and/or abandoned by females left to die/struggle alone. Then they die.

This is the first time in all of my life of watching documentaries about animals-that I have ever heard of a hungry male lion letting the cubs eat first!! The male lion waits for the kill or sometimes helps kill and HE is the one that eats first the cubs eat last.

Who would win? A team of peak predators that regularly take down prey as big as elephants, or One prickly boi
@Azureblue252 жыл бұрын
Ironically, it’s usually the “One prickly boi” that wins.

I have respect for this guy because he made a simple yet very logical statement that many to this day still cannot fathom, referring to lion as king of the beast rather than king of the jungle

MR T and kinky tail for most of they life had thought in a group of 6 and had never lost a fight with they group. When the group split up they kept that same confidence it was horrible to watch the fate of male lions
@vegetaking12722 жыл бұрын
@Bruce Wayne I think there's some truths in the "DARTING" theory bcuz what I've hrd was the Rangers hated T & Kinky with a passion bcuz they was decimating the lions/lionesses population in the Sabi Sands & that was hurting the tourism business so they had to be taken out but I think you're reaching a lil too much & a lil delusional no offense bruh! Bcuz no way can T & Kinky take on 4 vs 2! That's just an unfair fight & we see it all the time that only 2 lions wud kill 1 lone lion in a slow agonizing, brutal, & painful death! But there's a video on here tho if u type in 4v1? It'd pop up with a video of a super HUMONGOUS lion gettin sneaked up on by 4 huge lions while he was hiding in the shade under a tree & when he tried to run? They cut him off & he had to fight out in the open in the blazing hot sun & thankfully the 4 lions got a lil tired & kinda overheated from the sun so they gave up the attack! I can't believe he survived a mauling of 4v1 lions just wow! Never ever hrd of seen/recorded in history💯💯💯 U shud check it out! U won't be disappointed my friend! That lion is a fuckin legend real talk! He was huge! But he shud have died but thank god he didn't! I can't watch lions being jumped & mauled to death bcuz it's too painful to watch!
