The two that freak me out the most are from TV and movies. First one, Tarzan. They bend two palm trees down until they cross and tie them down. They then tie one leg to one tree and the other leg to the other tree. Finally, they cut the trees loose causing the victim to be split in half. The second one is from Naked Prey. They tie a guy to a pole and cover him with clay. He has a tube in his mouth so he can still breathe. They then proceed to bake him by turning him over and over above a fire.

Bone Tomahawk was not just the sawing death (more hacking than sawing) but his scalping. I’m always fascinated by these movie scenes which are extremely realistic but no one gets hurt.

vikings actually also features molten gold poured down someone's throat. It was a catholic priest the vikings attacked as they raided the church and they decided to melt the golden crosses and make him swallow them. It was gruesome i love the show a lot.

I always thought it hella suspicious and never thought lethal injection was peaceful. I never really knew what else was in the concoction other than a paralysis agent. And those alone just prevent people from telling others how they feel. So I always thought people suffer in silence to make it look humane.
