The Taylor Hall trade. The devs got some good prospects and we don’t mind a first round pick, containing another top prospect. On the other hand, Taylor Hall was terrible for the Coyotes, giving them close to no help last season, causing him to be let out into free agency without a single offer, and getting picked up by Buffalo. Even there, this season he hasn’t lived up to the hype. I don’t think he’ll ever be the same as the 2017 Taylor Hall.

I'm a Devils fan. Scott Gomez. He fit in perfectly to the Devils system. He had a couple decent seasons in new York but was never near the same player he was in New Jersey. Even when Gomez came back to New Jersey near the end of his career, he put up numbers he hadn't attained in years. At that time though, the Devils were going younger and rebuilding. He is one player I wish would have stayed his whole career in New Jersey. I believe he would have ended yup well over 1000 points and had his number retired there with the other greats had he stayed there his whole career. The guy had some Gretzky like vision and playmaking skills.

Sergachev would definitely help the Habs blue-line but if you have Sergachev instead of Drouin, who has that type of chemistry with Nick Suzuki that's helping him turn into a potential superstar center in the coming years?
