one thing that you left out about takato that i think alot of people over look he biomerged with guilmon the first time WITH-OUT HIS DIGIVICE seriously it was destroyed when he summoned megidramon and he didn't get it back till after he had separated from gallantmon that fact alone shold put him second i mean the digivices act as something to channel the bond between digidestined and partner imagine how much more strain it would have on him to do that with out his digivice and his the only one to achive this feet in all seasons name one other time a digidestined could digivole there parter with out a digivice..... just my view.

Still doesn't compare to punching and harming a God. Though then again, I still think Masaru should've been number 1. Then again, Ryo takes the number 2 spot for being able to somewhat control a Digimon that has fused with Millenniumon, and the Frontier guys (all of them) would be below that due to being Digimon themselves. So Takato should still be much lower, even if he is the only DigiDestined to have achieved a Digivolution without the need of a Digivice. He would still be the second strongest DigiDestined in my book, though, since I don't count the Savers and Frontier guys as DigiDestined to begin with.

Daniel Jensen true though in the second part of the digimon movie we learned that if a digimon is attacked during digievlotion then they can be forced back into a lower stat takato jumped from servral stories up got slamed by zuchomon's blazing helix and still managed to fully biomerge into Gallantmon while the attack still hitting him and guilmon then block and throw aside the attack and i think we can all agree that a digimon sovreion is much stronger then infermon

Ryo Akiyama is the most powerful digidestined. he is able to keep his cyberdramon restrained which has his digimon monodramon and his nemisis millenniumon fused together fighting for control. he can matrix digivolve with cyberdramon and keep full control which he had to of achieved matrix digivolution on his own since he wasnt there when dobermon gave takato and pals the power the matrix digivolve. and he stays positive even tho he is forced to travel through time, space, and multiple universes constantly fighting millenniumon and never able to return home to his family. none of the other digidestined could do that ... especially joe XD

If you were talking who was the strongest by themselves then it's either Takato or Masaru (I know I probably spelled his name wrong). You talked about not being able to form crimson mode without Grani makes him weaker, but from then on Grani is now forever part of Gallantmon and he can activate it like he's did in Runaway Locomon. Takauya and Koji should not be here because they both need everyone else's spirits for their forms that just go back to their original owners when the battles finished. Tai needs Mat to form Omegamon and Davis needs Ken just to get to Paildramon.

I would say Tai and Matt should technically be here because as strong as Marcus is it was shown shinegreymon never really could take down a royal knight and both matt and tai technically own one, not saying they are the strongest but definitely worth a mention imo

Daniel Jensen Tai and Matt's Omegamon is stronger than the Royal Knight, since the "average" RK Omegamon is much weaker than base Alphamon and Tai and Matt's Omegamon was able to fight Oryuken Mode Alphamon to a stalemate, or force it to retreat depending on how you interpret the big black D'igimon's actions. In other words, Tai and Matt's BASE Omegamon is as strong as the strongest RK, who is already born as an X digimon, may be the one who births the existence of the X digimon depending on how you see it. Ain't got shit on VictoryGreymon though

If you wanted to measure digidestined strength I would bring up how they used only their digivices to defeat Apocalomon something with the ability to drain 6 ultimate levels and 2 mega levels without even being scratched or being in it's final form.

In all actuality I don't think it's necessarily a fair comparison. I believe this mostly due to the fact that over every single season, episode, story arc, etc we've seen that every last one of the Digidestined definitely has the POTENTIAL to be the most powerful. I think a case could be made for almost every Digidestined in the series. Also, I don't really believe any certain form of Digivolution is better or more powerful than another; I DO believe they each have their own stresses that require immeasurable strength of will. So many arguments can be made...but I suppose we'll never truly know ^_^

If we're just going by the strongest Digidestined and their partner without any outside help hands-down it has to be Masaru and Agumon. ShineGreymon Burst mode is shown to have casually taken out Belphemon; who's the fourth strongest of the Seven Great Demon Lords. Even lesser Demon Lords like Lilthmon and Beelzemon are shown to be capable of causing enough destruction to where they can be considered planet busters. Masaru and Agumon were also shown to be able to overpower members of the Royal Knights (a feat not even Frontier's cast could fully accomplish). Not to mention how both Masaru's physical force and Agumon were able to defeat Yggdrasil; who's seen as being the god of the Digital World. Masaru by himself in Digimon Hunters is shown to be able to kill three BelialVamdemon in a single punch; who is a Digimon who was confirmed to be at the level of Planet Buster in Adventure 02. No other Digidestines have come anywhere near these feats by themselves, and quite frankly if they were to fight against other Digidestines one on one they would wipe the floor with all of them.

idk the Lord Knightmon and Dynasmon in Frontier seemed like they where on roids in comparison to all other Digimon in that series I remember they K.O. a ton Mega level Digimon including Gallantmon (another Royal Knight) in one hit. This could also be the case of the common Newer Digimon doing amazing feats when there first introduced, but when you look objectively at there abilities they shouldn't be as strong as they are. The only time I think power scaling makes since for Digimon is Tamers when I really think about.

Gallantmon wasn't in Frontier. The characters of Frontier fought Crusadermon/Lordknightmon and Dynasmon who were established in Frontier to both be Royal Knights. Masaru and Agumon went toe-to-toe with Royal Knights such as Craniamon and Dukemon/Gallantmon. The Dukemon in Tamers wasn't the Royal Knight version, but was still powerful enough to fend off Zhuqiaomon. Overall I'm saying Masaru and Agumon as an individual pair have much better feats than the rest of the Digidestines/Chosen Children.

Max Fightmaster They did not outclass any RKs, they broke the shield of one and got defeated by the mere shockwave of an attack Dukemon made on someone else, the Millennia old Belphemon was being controlled by a crazy dude with no knowledge of battle OR how to actually use Belphemon's powers. And most damning of all, they did not defeat Yggdrasil, i don't know why everyone misses this, but after the punch, when it fades to black, Yggdrasil talks and decided that she wouldn't kill humans anymore because Masaru proved they weren't worthless, by no means a small feat but the only thing they did was convince Yggdrasil that the humans weren't worthless, they did not and would not come close to actually defeating Yggdrasil. An event which would cause the end of the digital world as Yggdrasil is necessary for it to function as it is the base program. Furthermore, the RKs are in direct contention with the demon lords, some being more useful than others(looking at you, Magnamon) in staving off the demon lords and essentially being able to provide the digital world with a stalemate that means shit doesn't get blown up. Alphamon is the strongest of the RK, by a wide margin at that(being the only natural X digimon and all). Now, given RK's status as equal to the DLs and Alphamon's status as the strongest of the RKs... How does Tai and Matt's Omegamon, who at a base level, was able to take on an Oryuken Mode Alphamon? That is a base mega who is naturally weaker than their enemy, forcing a natural X digimon in their enhanced mode(who literally uses an extremely powerful mega digimon as a weapon) to retreat? Now, considering Masaru was not CLOSE to Dukemon, who is leagues under Alphamon, and Tai and Matt forced an ENHANCED Alphamon to back off... Come on dude. But, you know, Toma and his Miragegaogamon BM WERE actually able to handily defeat RKs, as opposed to Shinegreymon BM who was never shown to actually defeat any, so considering Masaru never actually defeated Yggdrasil, the one with the most impressive feats in Saviers is Toma. Hell, he took on Shinegreymon Ruin Mode with a BASE Miragegaogamon and came out alive, and he is also quite capable of taking on Masaru in a fistfight. FURTHERMORE, considering it IS canon that Ryo Akeyama's Cyberdramon DOES have ZeedMIlleniumon inside it during Tamers, being able to merge with it and completely overtake and wipe from existence the mind of a MULTIVERSAL straight up stated to be ever present and ever existing entity, even if you don't consider the games where he forces ZeedMilleniumon into monodramon, Justimon's existence by itself is the most impressive feat in almost all of ANIME. But like... Takato's pretty cool too... I like Dukemon, he's pretty awesome...

I believe Team Xros Heart/United Army is the strongest. You can't beat every Digimon fused together with enough power to one shot they're main villain. Plus, all those Digimon on his team are Taiki's partners. Even Kiriha's and Nene's. It was actually explained in an episode.

AODigimon Well still, the amount of power within Xros 7 also adds to it's rarity, it isn't the type of Digimon you see often, and it is every Digimon fused, which is a lot of power. MrKinds01 GHUS True, but with each other, there is no question that they are the strongest. Plus in an episode they explained that being on the same team allows them to switch Digimon at will, not like they haven't done it before, like when Taiki used Sparrowmon with out the use of Nene's Xros Loader. Besides, we are talking about the best digidestined, not single characters. EmperorGreymon and MagnaGarurumon are strong, but they EASILY got they're asses handed to them by Dynasmon and LordKnightmon. Powerful, but not quite there.

Everyday Anime not really accurate as we know that gallentmon is stronger than wargreymon the list would probably look something like this: Without outside assistance: Marcus: Shinegreymon BM Takato: gallentmon Davis: Magnamon Takuya: aldamon Tai: wargreymon Wargreymon is the weakest of the bunch as his feats are overshadowed by the rest like how aldamon defeated a shadowed serephimon or how gallentmon fought a great demon lord and a sovereign without massive lost which war greymon cannot compete as he has shown no feat similar in power or scale Now with assistance: Takuya: Susanoomon Takato: gallentmon crimson mode Marcus: shinegreynon BM Tai: Omegamon (Omnimon) Davis: Magnamon Now the reason Omegamon is last is because most of the other digimon are either massive more powerful or have shown better feats like how galletmon CM surpassed most of the royal knights or how susanoomon literally allow the digital world to be destroy and absorbed by Lucemon SM and then just casual repaired it at the end. Abhijeet Pandule actually the legendary warriors (guys from frontier) are described as being far stronger than any of the current megas which speaks a lot about their power, plus the only reason why they struggled against the royal knights in the anime was because they were still a bit inexperienced and because they hadn't unlocked the full potential of the the legendary warriors

Digimon have no sex, they do have gender. Down "There" it's blank. Maybe a hole for poo and pee, but for sure it ain't vagina. (In season 3 Renamon stated that digimon don't have female nor male. They have no genitals)

Takato's Gallantmon is a different Gallantmon from the Royal Knight. Also, Ryo from the same series is able to keep MILLENNIUMON restrained, and Milleniumon can turn into what is possibly the third strongest Digimon, only losing out to Shoutmon X7 Superior Mode and Gaiamon.
