And yes Goku is universal, even Super Buu was going to destroy the universe back in DBZ. The only Jojo character I can think of that could legitimately beat Goku is Giorno with GER due to OP hax. And Vampires aren't stronger than all species not even in Jojo, they are tasty snacks for Pillar Man and an UV lamp can allow you to kill dozens of them + Hamon can easily destroy most Vampires, even the strongest Vampire in Jojo (Dio) was almost killed by Hamon (before he got a stand) and let's not forget how Wamuu who's a Pillar Man (so like a Vampire but superior in every possible way) got wrecked by some Hamon bubbles...
