I follow an esthetician on KZbin that specializes in dermarolling. She says that the rollers that don't have individual needles are not good and she also demonstrated with a banana. I don't know if it's true, she sells dermarollers, so she may not be 100% objective. But I have tried dermarolling (with her rollers) and I have definitely seen a difference, but I'm not consistent. Thanks for sharing this great info! I need to start doing it again. Also, there's a book on Amazon about this, I think it's from the creator of dermarolling.

Thanks for this video - you're an amazing creator ;) If you take suggestions for future episodes: I'd love to see an in-depth analysis of supplements like Astaxanthin, there's so much to learn here and confusing information in the internet, for example on its effect on libido and hair loss

I’ve done it already haha. Go watch this antioxidant is 6000x stronger than Vitamin C. Enjoy. Although I didn’t go in much detail about side effects eg libido and hair loss

@@HealthSpan01 Ahh yes I actually remember watching that one when it came out haha! Well, I'm happy about any update in this particular substance, including the newest findings about beforementioned side-effects :)

Don't agree with this one... see a dermatologist if you want microneedling. They can control the depth based on skin thickness and position yielding better results. You only get one face and you can achieve the exact opposite of what you are going for.

Yeh I guess it is a bit of a personal decision whether or not u want to do it by urself. I’ve been doing it for around 6 months with no issues before making this video and I haven’t experienced any issues but it’s good to always at least consult with ur healthcare provider before doing things like this as everyone’s skin is different
