It's not a 'grade' from 1 to 100. It's the percentage of the people who reviewed the car who gave it a high reliability rating. And the 'low' numbers in the highest ratings are reflective of how many people actually have a problem with even the most reliable cars lol

I've had 5 Toyotas out of 7 cars I've own. never had any problems with them, just did basic maintenance. Drove them each, at least 160k miles and still running well before I did trade them them for a newer Toyota.

I worked at a hundai kia dealer in 2019 and the amount of recalls and warranty jobs we had was absolutely surprising they were nice affordable cars but the amount of cheap parts that fail and motors that come out with problems from factory makes me think they're cheap for a reason.
