They are common people on the streets. Not politicians. And usually, in Western countries, beggars are scammers. Some are drinkers or any other addicts, who can afford their drugs, but want others to buy them a meal. And I even would buy them a meal, just for da'wah purposes. BUT it depends on how the person approaches me. You couldn’t ambush me like this either. I had a lot of bad experiences with people like that. Sometimes, someone approaches you, and asks for a warm meal, while an accomplice steals your wallet out of your pocket a.s.o. . I was punished for my kindness a lot of times. Especially in the West. But once I was even groped in Egypt, by a man, who had his little son right beside him, whom he allegedly begged money for.

It happens in Leeds also. Me and my 10yr old son was crossing the road in leeds town and saw a white homeless man asking people for water due to it being a very hot day that day. The number of people I saw walking past this man whilst we were waiting to cross the road broke my heart. I didn't even have much that day, but I went into the shop and got him two big bottles of water and a sandwich. The look of gratitude in this homeless mans eyes when I handed him the water and sandwich made my heart melt. My son looked at me and said "mum I'm happy I've got you as a mum. This filled my heart even more.

Bro, I don't see race being the issue here. From personal experience, I was a couple times in need for help. People look at a grown man asking for help as a POS. I once asked my local benefits office for help with money for heating, was freezing one winter. She was colder to me than the weather. Another time, I got into a fight with two guys and lost my housekey, asked the local homeless centre for assistance and they treated me like crap because I had cuts and bruises all over my face. They called the cops on me lol Race definitely plays a role, but straight up asking for help as a full grown man is seen as weakness, it's looked down on.

I had an awful experience car broke down rainy day during Ramadan. Nobody stopped to help me, everyone drove by even while I was flagging them down. Went into a factory to ask for jumper cables I was pouring wet, the manager told me not to stand in the lobby but outside in the cold! And wait to see if he has cables! Finally a Middle Aged white woman offered me money for petrol I said I don’t need money but I need cables. Then she left. Also, the Palestinian (Muslim?) guys refused to help him. Does that mean all Palestinians lack charity? No, it doesn’t. Two white English people offered to help, a white Polish person and a white Turkish person. I’m white, I’m Christian, I have often bought food for a person in need. Couching this video in terms of ethnicity, linking skin colour to generosity, is wrong and misleading. Good people are good people. They come in all the different colours of humanity, and from any religion or none.
