Well done Josie your footage / filming is amazing, thanks for sharing even though it was a special time for you both , we had a very different holiday there , we sailed all round that area in a sailing boat by ourselves and moored up in a different deserted cove very night , we had no itinerary we just drifted and no fancy restaurants we lived on bread and cheese and tomatoes and had a couple of outfits , it was 2 wks of stepping off the world , it was the most expensive holiday we had ever had with boat fees but worth it !!!

I just loved this vlog…you two are adorable together. I get such a chuckle when my British friends “wilt” in 75 F degrees..I live in Southern California, it’s 97 F today and really it’s not bad! Of course we don’t have humidity so that helps and the temp drops like a rock in the evening. I think if you and Charlie had the time and/or inclination, you would be blown away by the beauty of California…there is much to see in terms of farmlands, gardens, ocean, etc. And now I’m going to book Ibiza for next yr.

When you are passionate about growing and eating delicious, nutritious REAL food, as Josie & Charlie clearly are, it isn't a chore! It is very much enjoyable! I think it's safe to say Josie & Charlie looked very chilled spending their holiday doing very much what they enjoy. I for one & I am sure many other viewers do want to hear about & see organic produce growing in the wonderful kitchen gardens in different parts of the world
