So if he would deadlift x3 bodyweight he would not be on juice?That means being stronger = not on juice.How high are you my man?
@nicavlad81706 жыл бұрын
With all respect that's total bullshit.Everyone has different relative strength and also is easier for a 140-150 pound athlete to deadlift x3 bodyweight than someone who haves over 200 lbs.The heavier you are the harder would be to have good relative strength.
@nicavlad81706 жыл бұрын
Nah dude.He doesn't even have the best leverages for the deadlift if u look.And also he benches 500 lbs and also his squat is decent.He doesn't primarily powerlifts he does other stuff like athletic type of workouts bcz he was an athlete.If he trained with a coach and primarily powerlift he could deadlift around high 700's

@Frederik_L_K6 жыл бұрын
Bench: terron is stronger. I'm not 100%sure about Bradleys squat and dl maxes but I know he pulled 675 and squatted 500 for reps. Terrons dl pr is 720/730 I believe and he also squatted 6 plates so 585. Pls bare with me if I'm wrong

Why aren't there ANY weight lifting videos that explain the methods in which you lift the weight? There's always what exercise to do and how to do it properly but there's never a true explanation on what to do with the exercise. Example. Bench press. What method should a bench press be to increase strength? Lift light and go heavy? Start heavy decrease light? same weight?
@thomaslovejoy84366 жыл бұрын
Watch Athlean-X he's got a video on pretty much everything to do with working out
@ddljr58386 жыл бұрын
I think you should just look for programs to run. But generally if you are training for strength low rep ranges on at a high percentage of your 1RM i.e powerlifting. The opposite for bodybuilding.
@TruthfullySpeaking5006 жыл бұрын
So say if my max is 225, 205 would be a good weight to rep with? 5X5? Should accessory work be the same and what are the best in your opinion?
@JohnnyHeracles6 жыл бұрын
Athlean-X
@ddljr58386 жыл бұрын
The Truth 205 would be high if your absolute 1RM is 225. If you are doing a 5x5 you should aim for something around 80% of your max. Again try to google programs based on your goals, I’m certainly no expert. And wouldn’t want to give you a bunch of advice as if I am.

STILL NOT SURE if I should follow a guys who juices. My body doesn't recover as fast as his
@ItsTehTwiitch6 жыл бұрын
lmao its genetics, and you could do squats everyday and recover it'll just take your body a week or two to get used to training that way. Just depends on how you train and your own body's genetics everyone's different. Also try creatine it will help you in your case since it sounds like your body is slow at recovering.
@iPadStroller6 жыл бұрын
ItsTehTwiitch but for full strength potential and growth you need your rest. you’ll be lifting a fraction of your max. unless you have a good program you should have rest days between muscle groups
