Today I will tell you a recipe for Napoleon, incredibly tender and delicious. The main thing is that this Napoleon cake with custard can be prepared quite quickly, because we will use puff pastry ready-made. And I decided to make chocolate custard for Napoleon, it turns out incredibly tasty!

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients for making Napoleon:
1 kg of puff pastry TM Varto
For chocolate cream:
1 liter of milk
150 g of flour
6 egg yolks
300 g of sugar
200 g of butter
200 g of dark chocolate
Step-by-step recipe for cooking Napoleon with custard
Disassemble the dough (1 kg) into 4 sheets and roll out a bit. Cut each sheet in half, place 2 rectangles on a baking sheet with parchment. Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Thus, bake 8 rectangles in 4 steps, if it is not possible to bake on several levels at once.
For chocolate custard, pour 1 liter of milk into a saucepan, add 150 g of sugar. Put on the stove over medium heat and heat until steam appears over the milk, this is a temperature of about 75 degrees.
Separate the proteins from the yolks. In a bowl with the yolks put the second half of the sugar (150 g), then add 150 g of flour and mix with a whisk.
Add about half of the warm milk to the egg mixture. Stir until smooth, so that there are no lumps.
Then pour all the milk into a bowl, stir again with a whisk and return to the skillet. Put on medium heat and stir constantly until the cream is brewed and thickened.
Pour the cream into a bowl to reduce the temperature, then quickly add 200 g of butter, stir until the butter melts in the cream.
Add 200 g of chocolate in small pieces, stir until it melts and the cream becomes homogeneous.
When the cream has cooled, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Grease the cakes with cream, pressing them a little. Do this with 7 cakes, and the last one crumble and sprinkle the cake on top and on all sides. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
It's easy to cook!
