The left shoulder is very critical to proper bowling mechanics. Thank you for the advice.

Ahhh... this is a new explanation and new place for me to focus. I think I do this unconsciously when I increase power as I notice my left arm ending up behind me quite a bit more at execution and wondered if it was a mistake. I will focus on this at my next practice to see if I can find a way to be more precise. The value of being able to not only adjust power but then to also be able to repeat a good shot can not be understated. Thank you, love your insights.

Great video just like the others! Just started intentionally swinging the non bowling arm in front of me and noticed accuracy and ball speed improved too. One thing to note is the thumb is better pointing down based on other videos I've seen and you should add that into your explanation. If possible also take a video from the side view so the viewers can see what's happening from the side. I've been looking at other videos then your video was suddenly suggested and it's helped me better understand the purpose of the non-bowling arm. Great video and keep it up!

I have watched your videos on how to release the ball and get fingers under the equator of the ball, as well as this video, but I still don’t understand how your elbow bend happens. Can you explain that maybe in a full video?

So this is how the EJ Tacketts and Marshall Kents can create so much rev and power in their game.

You can load and unload shoulder as well as wrist. My release speed jumped nearly 2mph when I started doing it. It's timing though, just like yo yo and you need to square up to your line when you release

When he opens his shoulder, the english says open 'left' shoulder but the chinese says right and the editing shows the right side. fyi for anyone else who was confused

You've done well Jansen since you were a stroker And watching you now is impressive but sometimes For bowlers it's just impossible To get the elbow to bend no matter what we do

So if i am understanding this correctly, the right shoulder opens up in the backswing and closes during the downswing and the left shoulder does the opposite?

With stability and consistency to repeat. A LOT.

I have a high back kick and fall off step after release. How can i avoid this? 🙏🙏🙏
@Jesusfanatic071110 ай бұрын
Don’t bend so much at the waist rather have more knee bend to get down further. For example if you stand on one leg and bend from the hip your right leg will go up. Less bend at the hip with your upper body makes this possible to keep the trail leg lower 😊

Left shoulder shouldn't be whipping behind like that. Your trying to hard to get on that ball.
