You obviously don’t know but in strongman, you have movement events where you have to be fast while carrying weight. He was among the fastest when he competed. Being near 7 ft tall, being that heavy while maintaining his speed and mobility is top tier. Quit hating.

Having top tier genetics can mean a variety of things in sports, when you talk about powerlifting and strongman, top tier genetics means you’re very strong, in bodybuilding it means you gain muscle and lose fat easily, in sprinting it means you have long legs and a lot of fast twitch muscle fibre, and so on for other sports. Having top tier genetics in general means you excel in one of those aspects of others, and even then the dude’s still well built for being fast considering he has long legs and being 6’9”
